The kitchen was very dirty. The knives in the knife block on the counterhad dried up food on them, the countertops had food stains on them, and there was one tiny cutting board. The bedroom was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The owner/contact was very nice and helpful.

This property was affordable for a place to stay. I think it could have been a little more clear that it was a shared kitchen facility, but maybe I just missed that in the listing? I checked in to several properties on this trip and found this one by far had the most hoops to jump through. Verifying with selfie pictures and licence, then a room cleaning charge. Arrived late at night and couldnt get in with the final approval still not completed (something to do with a foreign mastercard). Lots of headache. Also EXPECT NO PARKING. You will walk several blocks. Bedroom was clean as was the ensuite bathroom it came with. Small fridge and sink in the room with a microwave as well. A common area with a couch and kitchen facilities available. Decent price, but it doesn't list the cleaning fee, and all the administration to actually get in. Not sure I would stay again with the obstacles encountered. Not sure all of that was even necessary.

My new home away from home

I was in love the minute I walked in the space was beautiful well kept and my room was flawless. The Back to the Future thing was so cute and very memorable since I'm from the '80s as well. Vince took great care with this property and I absolutely loved it

The host was great and responded quickly to any questions I had. The room was clean, as well as the common spaces, they were clean and comfortable. The house is right across from a bus stop, which was super convenient since I used public transport during my stay, and it was only a 5-10 min ride either direction to get to restaurants or shops or downtown. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is wanting to visit Seattle!

It was a good place to stay for a decent price. About a 15-20 minute bus ride down to the city with a bus stop across the street. Host was very quick when answering messages or questions. My only complaint would be that the floors were a little dirty and could’ve been cleaned better before arrival. It is a very small unit perfect for 1-2 people.

Don’t stay here if you’re disabled at all

The property is a shared space. You will share the living area and kitchen. You have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to your room. There is no parking at the property. You’ll have to park many blocks away or pay to park about a .5-1 mile away. If you have health conditions please don’t book here. I was unaware of the above situations and did not stay one night there. I was unable to make it up the flights of stairs. I let the person know this and was still unable to get a refund or even a partial refund.

After only 15-20 minutes our car got towed. We parked in the driveway that looked like a proper place to park. It cost $300 dollars to get the tow truck driver to drop it. When we called the off site management number they said oh it's in the brochure that we needed to park on the street. Which there was no parking spaces for almost a mile away. They should have signs up saying that you can't park in the driveway! Then while we were in the room the air conditioner was leaking and we used one of the provided towels. When we asked about getting another one they said that they would talk to the cleaner but never seen anyone. The whole time we were there everyone who came to stay was as confused as we were when we got there. We had multiple people walk into our room. Its a shared kitchen and living room.
