Great little oasis in a not-so-great part of town. They have a combination of infrastructure and policies that help it yo rise above the neighborhood. Ckean, quiet, friendly.

Would stay there again

The staff was extremely friendly. The location was convenient. The room was simple and clean. No-frills but great price. The parking lot is very well lit at night, the only unfortunate thing is that even though there’s blackout curtains, you can still see the light shining on the edges of the curtains. There is a security gate so the location is extremely secure. Would stay there again.

Good solid motel

Great motel! Clean (I walked around the room with bare feet on the laminate wood floors and the bottom of my feet were clean. so rare!) The service was amazing. Location isn't great as it is in a seedier part of town and the amenities at the motel are little to none but if you are looking for a good solid, clean, motel/hotel that is close to everything (Seattle Center, Pike Place Market, etc.) I would easily recommend this one.

Place was really clean and updated! Our only thing would be that it would’ve been nice to have a safe in the room for our passports and documents etc but other than that it was great! Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Definitely recommended!

Very clean, efficient, safe and comfortable at a good price. Nothing fancy but well maintained and new upgrades. The bed was comfortable and had a mini fridge and everything was working well. Super clean.

Do not recommend

Room smelled like humidity, the bathroom ceiling had smoke stains and floor was sticky. Did not feel clean either wouldn't stay here again.

Clean and renovated rooms provide the basics plus frig and microwave. Area surrounding hotel is less traveler oriented, with tire stores, repair places, lack of sidewalks etc.
