The breakfast is very good diverse and plentiful with warm options but only served from 6 - 9 am. Front desk is friendly and accommodating. Microwave only in the breakfast room but always accessible. There is a fridge and coffee maker in the room. Room service comes every 3 days. During my 3 week stay it was fairly quiet. Parking is available all around the building but fills up in the evenings. The area seems fairly save compared to some places closer to the airport. I have no complaints about this place.

Upon booking the hotel room, they sent a notice to let me know about the deposit they require now but not that the pool and hot tub were not working, which is exactly what I was told the last time I stayed there, so not even sure that this pool or hot tub actually work... the room was fine and the bed was comfortable, but the power kept going off in the night which kept making noises when I was trying to sleep for my early morning flight.. there was no coffee when I was getting ready to leave and the water in my shower never got very hot.. parking lot and building are super confusing and they offer no information at the front desk, felt as though we were cattle being pushed through the line super fast with no info on breakfast or etc... won't make this mistake again.. I came back very reluctantly after my first trip here and the lack of communication, shuttle left without me because the front desk over filled and then they called me an uber so I was late for my flight and had to be on standby... horrible experience both times so won't be back...

My only complaint was the 40 minute wait for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I wish they had told me when I called that I'd have to wait that long. I would have taken a cab.

The hotel looks run down (old carpet, etc.), but the staff were attentive and helpful, the room was clean, the airport shuttle was easy and the breakfast had tasty options. A good value!

From the moment Monica picked me up at the airport transport site, through check in and help to my room my visit was excellent. The room was clean and just what I needed. I was able to checkin early due to my arrival time. SIGNage was clear in the large hotel. The workout room clean with the equipment I needed, breakfast great, AND Monica drove me back to the airport efficiently, being sure I got my bags checked and found the wheelchair wait section. I am 80 years old and will recommend you to my friends.
