The staff was young and friendly. Had a great experience with the canteen and bar staff - they make wonderful flat whites and cocktails 💜 thank you! Food for breakfast was mostly good with a few small exceptions where the scrambled eggs were cold. Thankfully, there was a microwave to use. Rooms need more tp and bigger trash cans. The tiny one doesn't really cut it. I know the rooms are small but you could still fit in a bigger can that matches the room easy next to the sink/storage shelves

First time staying with CitizenM, and we definitely look for their properties for future stays. Cleverly designed small space with massive window running the entire width of the room. Impressive soundproofing, and the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. Stayed 4 nights. Perfect home base for exploring the waterfront in Seattle.

The hotel itself is very nice decor, with high tech rooms with mini iPad which controls everything in your room from lights, mood lights, curtains, and the tv. Rooms are very clean and great friendly staff. I would recommend friends and family to stay there. Its location is perfect, close to the waterfront!

Was homey and casual to stay. Rooms are small but work for one ot two nights Our room on floor 10 was larger, we were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Loved all the books in the lobby!

The lobby area is unique in that when you walk in, it feels more like a club setting. Couches, chairs, and coffee tables are set up in different areas ,tv's to use, and an eclectic mix of art to the ceiling. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The choice of plain or sparkling water on tap whenever you wanted it was a nice touch as well. The kiosk check in could be a little more streamlined but I was assured that they will be updating the system. It also would be nice to have more salads and fresh vegetables to munch on. Their food is very good but limited in selections. Please note, they do not take cash. The hotel location is great for walking along the boardwalk. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.
