We greatly enjoyed our few nights staying at the citizenM on South Lake Union. Our 1 bed had a beautiful view of the city sky rises and was perfectly comfy for 2. The room was very well maintained and clean. The bed was very spacious and comfortable, and the shower felt so nice after a long day outside. The location was great and had a grocery store and many good restaurants all within walking distant. Staff were all also friendly and respectful to us during our visit. We'd be happy to return here again and visit the other citizenM locations in the future.

This place is a real gem! Over the top cool! We did not hear any sound from any guest room! The sound proofing is great! Wonderful local pop art every where. The techno vibe of this hotel is not to be missed! You can even control moodscape sound and lighting from for iPad in your room! And the bed is to die for! Thank you CitizenM! Can’t wait to stay in the next one!

Easy access to the space needle and downtown Seattle. Rooms were small, like dorm room small. It’s a capsule hotel so plan on living small while you’re there. House keeping has to be requested daily.

We weren't expecting the size of room and the cost of the room for how small it was. It wasn't the most convenient for a 70 year old to crawl in and out of an oversized bunk bed.

Its a great location, but it's a small smart space. You have to control the tv, blinds, lights with a tablet. i woke up to go to the bathroom and it was so dark i couldn't find the tablet. So i had to get to the bathroom inching down the hall. The bathroom is basically in the sleeping area. The staff is just very nice.

i was honestly impressed with this hotel, it wasn’t what i expected and not in a bad way! it was so easy to check in and out and the hotel was beautiful! it was close from a lot of the tourist things but not close enough to where you were overwhelmed with so many tourists! the only issue i guess was that the hotel was kind of smaller than expected but it was a great hotel overall!! there’s even an ipad that controls everything in the hotel room (lights, blinds, tv, etc)!!
