Exactly what you pay for. Fair value, a little tired but clean and staff friendly enough. Beds comfy, fairly quiet part of town, close to highway. Breakfast ok.
Propping open fire doors for air flow good until it is not!
No customer service....I felt like I owed something to the front desk personnel; the attitude was unacceptable.
The smell as you walk into the hotel is horrible.
Good breakfast included. Close to good restaurants and shopping.

Lobby and hallway smelled like cigarettes. Room was okay, but the bathroom had gross dirty tile grout, the shower curtain rod had obviously been nearly pulled down because the curtain would not stay closed - it just slid to the middle of the rod. That got water all over the floor. The shower head was coming out of the wall.
The beds were very comfortable and I slept just fine. Check in staff was very nice.
The front desk staff went above & beyond to make my stay memorable. From the time I arrived and was later joined by my daughter, Jeanette was so positive & helpful and was a rock star of customer service. The front desk manager, Kiersten, also made our stay wonderful. You know you have an excellent manager when the people she manages have the same great attitude!! They deserve recognition because it wasn't just one interaction, it was EVERY interaction!! Thank you Kiersten & Jeanette :)
Friendly front desk staff. Comfortable beds, though all pillows seemed overstuffed. Good, above average breakfast room with well stocked offerings. Easy parking.
Holes in doors. Mold in shower. Room was musty and smelled. Window open entire stay. Still smelled and musty. No parking close to either hotel in same lot
I arrived at the hotel in the morning hours and I appreciate this was too early for the 3pm check-in. The lady at the reception however seemed to be very happy that i would have to wait for several hours before I could access the room. Almost delighted to tell me this. Wierd really.
The front desk attendants were very unfriendly. The first one was unfriendly and even wants to charge us $25 for an early check in at 2, so we left and we came back at 3. Another attendant was there and also unfriendly. She didn’t even smile the whole time she was checking us in. I told her I had 2 reservations and she argued that we only had one night until I showed her, and I was right, no apologies were offered and she couldn’t even accommodate us and told us that we had to move the next night to another room. It’s like she hated her job or something. Bad attitude.
