Great family friendly hotel

Every staff member was super friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help us. Rooms were clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed. But our absolute favorite thing was their pool and hot tub. Also being right next to the Bullwinkles is awesome for family’s too.

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, the pool area was stocked with towels and the pool restroom was clean. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel breakfast. The shuttle driver even took me to the car rental location when I wanted to rent a car

Great Stay at Comfort Suites Tukwila!

Richlyn and Mark (front desk) were so helpful and accommodating to our group. Richlyn was such a huge help with assisting with transportation to the pier with a large group. Upon our early arrival, Mark communicated everything about when rooms would be ready and worked with staff to get us in rooms. The courtesy shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was delicious I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a long or short stay.

Has potential to be great

The front desk was very friendly and kind. When we checked into our room it smelled really bad. I let the front desk know, I believe his name was Anthony. He did his absolute best to get us into a different room even though a flight was canceled and all of the remaining rooms were just given away. He was able to get us on the second floor in a renovated room. The renovated room was spacious and would’ve been perfect but unfortunately there were ants. I would much rather put up with ants than a bad smell though. Anthony felt so bad that he gave us some drinks from the front. He was very nice and patient and I did appreciate his service very much. We did wake up to ants in our bags but ultimately we got a refund for our second night that we were supposed to stay and went to another hotel. The breakfast was pretty good and the ladies working in the dining room were also very kind. It’s next to a family fun center which is good for families.

Comfort Suites first assigned me Room 140 on the first floor, which was terrible. The carpet was badly stained, one of the lights didn’t work, and the mattress was so bad I could feel the springs. It was completely unfair to give that room to anyone. After I complained, the staff later moved me to a room on the third floor, which was much better.

We have stayed at this property several times. This is the first time we have had a room that was sub par. Carpet was very stained and pieces missing next to the bed. The plug ins on the lamp did not work so I had to unplug the alarm in order to power my medical device. Staff was friendly as usual. Kudos to the breakfast staff! Breakfast was so good, thank you!! Property was clean and smelled nice.

Our only complaint was the breakfast staff. There was one individual who was refilling everything & she wouldn’t move to let people grab plates, get food, etc. She didn’t even acknowledge people even though there was a line and people all around her. She did not seem thrilled to be there.

The staff were lovely, but we had no idea the hotel is under extensive renovations. We stayed on the second floor, the hallway on the opposite side of where we were staying, was full of paint, cans and construction and old furniture stocked up in the hallways. I’d take the stairs upstairs and had gone in the wrong door so had to walk through the construction area. The noise from the construction did stop by dinner time. The elevator was operational to go down but going back up. We had to go to the front desk to ask to be let up. The staff were lovely and friendly though I would say $50 USD is steep to get into our room early (we actually only got into our room one hour early, but we were so tired by that point, we paid the money). Really easy 20 min walk to the very big mall that has everything, though the hotel shuttle will go there a couple of times a day. Took the hotel shuttle to the airport in the morning. Quick and easy.

Affordable, clean, friendly staff, family activities available, and transportation options. Everything we were looking for as we traveled for an event in Seattle. Highly recommended for families. The pool was a plus for us along with the filling continental breakfast to start off our days. Airport pick up and drop off worked wonderfully as well as travel to the link light rail station to get us downtown Seattle. Every staff interaction was pleasant which stood out as today’s customer service industry seems to be lackluster. Great job Comfort Suites!
