The beds are SUPER uncomfortable and the cleanliness of the pool is very questionable. But that being said, the breakfast they offer is amazing and the staff are really nice!

Their swimming pool and breakfast were big hits ! I really didn’t understand why the room crossed the hall way remodeling was assigned to us. They were still working after 6pm and getting louder, so I needed to ask changing a room. A shampoo and conditioner were too small containers and not enough for 2 people. hopefully leave one set for one person, or bring my own bottles next time . I really loved their self-make breakfast waffle maker !!!

We really enjoyed the swimming pool. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Parking was plentiful. Only negative is that there was nowhere to unpack a suitcase - no drawers, dresser, etc. I don't prefer to live out of a suitcase, and would have much preferred to have somewhere to put clothing.

Very nice facility, the pool was great, breakfast was great. My only complaint is a big one, NOISE. Omg it was so loud we couldn't sleep the 3 nights we were there. The people above us were shaking our lamps in our room, our deluxe room shared a wall with the elevator -which is running constantly due to airport traffic- so we had very crabby parents and kids the whole trip.

DON’T STAY THERE!!! THEY HAVE ROACHES. I was booked for a 2 night stay but the after one night! The next morning my daughter, her friends and I seen a roach on their nightstand! I told the front desk and the lady had the nerve to say that Washington doesn’t have roaches!!! Lies and irrelevant!!!!! People travel from all over to stay in that hotel. So if I Washington didn’t have roaches, an out of state travelers could have brought them too! Then she tells me that it was a cricket because my window was probably open! Which it was not! By her trying to deflect tells me that they know about this problem! She told me that I would get a refund for the night I didn’t stay because I checked out early again lies! She told me that I had to wait til Monday for her manager. They refuse to give me a refund! All the manager Paul keeps talking about is how often he has Terminix come out. Why would they have to have pest control come out so often if they don’t have an infection of bugs???!!! Not only that I’ve spoke to a former employee that worked there for months and she confirmed that they do have an infestation of roaches and they are fully aware of it!!

Loved the free parking and the breakfast. The pool was really nice. Our room was very clean. My only complaint was the beds. I travel a lot and have never stayed in a harder bed. My whole body hurts. My husband and I considered driving home a day early because we were so uncomfortable. They need new beds ASAP. Otherwise though, no complaints.
