This was the second time we stayed here. Had an awesome experience the first time. BUT the second time was not so great. Room was not cleaned properly: 1. Pubes were found on the washroom floor and on top of toilet seat. 2. Stains were found on bedding and were not changed daily 3. Daily housekeeping did a poor job, we had plastic wrapping from toys dropped onto the carpet, it was not cleaned/picked up after housekeeping 4. Bathroom sink and tub were not cleaned during daily housekeeping - evident by hair remaining from the sink and tub... I had to clean daily after house keeping so that the tub doesn't remain clogged 5. Breakfast were okay on the weekend but on Monday/Tuesday - there were no hot lunch.. We stayed as a family of four, we would not stay here again.

The breakfast service was not available the first day of our visit, but it was nice during the remainder of our stay. The hotel and our room were clean and the staff were friendly. The pool was closed, and, to our knowledge, no hot tub was available. Our room was quiet, but the mattress on my bed was much softer than I prefer. It felt like there was a depression in the mattress, and it did not provide much support.

Breakfast was not a hit for me. I eat low carb, especially for breakfast, so there were no selections for me. But the hotel was a warm haven on a blustery cold Christmas stay. Your front desk clerk on Christmas Eve was a delight.

The breakfast is always good, even better with the microwave availability. Eggs on cold plates don't mix so having the microwave made it delicious.
