The property overall was great. The whirlpool was normal pool temperature which is my only critique. And a little difficult to find due to the sign being behind some branches. But overall the room was clean and gorgeous and the lobby was beautiful. I would stay here again.

We had a good stay at Sonesta. The staffs are very accommodating to our needs and requests. I was just hoping that the parking fee would be free instead of addt’l $10 per day.

The stay was nice and comfortable. I thought that the additional $10 per day to park was ridiculous (never seen this before). No breakfast included with the stay, if you want breakfast, you have to pay extra for it... somewhat disappointing. I don't think that I would consider this hotel again for the mentioned reasons.

Great hotel, won’t disappoint.
I stayed with my wife and dog. The hotel was fantastic and we would definitely come back to stay here. I was really glad it was renovated. The lobby had space to order take out and eat, read/study, play board games. With the 75 dollar dog fee, They had ample dog amenities like water and food bowls, poopy bags, and plenty of space to walk your dog to potty. $10 parking fee/night was meh. Bed was very comfy. Room was nice a dark. I really liked how the staff asked our preferences on the room. And the gent was very nice upon check in and check out. The gym was plenty for what I needed to maintain fitnes. Had a dumbbells ranging from 10-70lbs and bench. And had treadmills, elliptical, and bike. Also had nice wipes and a water station.

My son stayed here for a training for work. He arrived and his room still had trash in the garbage…a condom & wrapper. He requested they come clean and change sheets but it didn’t happen, the wrapper remained. He also witnessed a couple enter a room of someone checking out without a key card. When he reported it to the maintenance guy he responded not his concern/job, then proceeded to offer a prostitute link. I had to give a CC authorization because he was under 21. The rental was supposed to come with a daily $15 voucher for food and drink. He said that if he ate they charged the card then upon check-out said he’d get a credit. That isn’t normally how vouchers work.

DISGUSTING AND ILLEGAL SERVICES OFFERED
Absolutely horrible. Will never stay in any hotels by these people. Was offered prostitutes from a worker of the hotel. Used condom in the trash. Tub backs up, toilet reaches rim, bathroom sink you had to remove the plug to even get it to drain because it was broken in the down position. The hotel staffs response was that their housekeeping is useless. For the price it was, I would have felt better spending 50$ a night and expect that type of environment. But then again, I was looking for a respectable place for a business trip. If you have children, stay away from this place.

This place was perfect for us. We had a fast-paced week in Alaska, a fast-paced day in Seattle, and were ready for a nice place to rest and catch up. This was it! The best by far of similarly or higher-priced hotels we've been in on this trip, but by far the best, with everything about it good - the decor, the curved love-seat & ottoman to enjoy TV and a dinner from the microwave & fridge, the courtyard outside our patio - full amenities. Great

The Hotel is great, but the Bistro in the Lobby doesn't seem to ever be open. We were supposed to receive $15 per day food and beverage credit, but wasn't sure where or how.
