Our one night stay turned into a three day stay since we liked the hotel so much. Staff were amazing and hotel is very clean. Loved the swimming pool and hottub. Bed was comfortable.

Property was very nice, felt intimate in size with good layout, lobby area very nice and loved the use of the computers and area for sitting and watching TV or just relaxing by the fire. Outdoor courtyard was very nice amenity too and enjoyed the firepit there as well. Pool was used by the kids and while smaller side, seemed acceptable for them. Rooms are spacious, beds and linens were comfortable. Wish the bathroom vanity was larger but we made it work for group of 4. Only area that needed updating was the shower/bath, however the tiles/grout were totally clean, so not a deal breaker at all. Highly recommend!

No free breakfast and even the lobby coffee cost money. Didn’t have enough clean towels but we also did not realize we had to ask for housekeeping services so that’s on us. The pool and spa services were nice and it comfortably slept all 5 of us in a quiet room.

My reservation was for a hearing impaired room and at check in I was not even offered one. The only thing I was offered was 1st floor or 2nd floor with the caveat that there was no elevator. We had an issue with the toilet being partially plugged and I put in the service request at 4:45AM our first morning and when we returned at 5:00PM it had not been fixed. I immediately went to the front desk and reported it and they sent the maintenance man to snake it remarking the whole time that he was supposed to have gone home by now. I made the mistake of choosing not to pay until check in and when I got there the rate between the time I booked the room several months ago and now the rate went up quite a bit

It was truly a pleasure staying at this remarkable establishment. The accommodations were exceptionally well-maintained and offered a comfortable atmosphere.
