Ridiculously high charge for parking. I had planned to drop off the rental car that evening, but our friends' flight was delayed so I had to pick them up after midnight. Got charged for the parking. Definitely would not stay there again if I was driving.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is good. Every 20 minute shuttle to the airport is excellent. The undisclosed $30 per night parking fee is not good.

Poor customer service at check in.

My front desk experience with June was below average. She had two gentlemen in front of us that she gave them complete information about their room and the services available. When it was our turn she had no words of about the hotel just smiled and gave us our key. I had to ask about the information that I over heard the gentlemen receive. She appologied. Hmm. After that I got to my room and it was a handicap room. Never was told and we did not request one. Went back down and asked and she said she could give me a smaller room however the larger rooms were all handicap and by the elevator. Maybe she have said something at check in. Got a new room which was fine. When went to leave the card she gave us to get out of the parking lot did not work and I had to go back inside at 3am to request help. She had not loaded the card correctly. Ok place to stay for a night however the lack of check-in skills was not acceptable. Best part was the bartender he took great care and our dinner was good.
