The temperature in the room should be worked on. There is no reason why we feel cold one minute and then the next hot. If there is a temperature set in the room it should be that at all times.

First, there is a question as to whether a stay booked through Expedia will allow points to accrue to my HH Honors account. That is odd and frustrating. The hotel is a maze to get to a room. The little map they provide is not helpful at all. Once you reach a wing (concourse), the hallways are long - I would be concerned about security for someone traveling alone. BTW there is a $31.00 charge for parking. I understand controlling parking near the airport but this is simply robbery. The room was old and not maintained to the highest standards, but it was clean enough. The bed was very comfortable and there was a mini fridge and a microwave. The hotel is convenient to the airport.

Checking in staff did not charge for my parking it was inconvenient to call for assistance..then check out I was told to place my luggage by the holding area, when I went to retrieve it I was supposed to have a ticket I explained to the employee Kyla that there was no one here and the front desk said to place it there, she then gave me a look like well I just have to wait as I want to board the bus with flight attendants toll giving attitude because I said I need to get my bags to leave..I was about to make a scene but had no time for attitude from Kyla nor flight attendants..I asked for the manager and the front desk pointed to the gentleman who was busy but did not call for him so I can state my the situation. I was never treated or talked to that way and looked at by flight attendants who I also made a complaint about. Staff should be more nicer and not speak to guests anyway please because it’s not her place to be..next time have someone there who works there..

Check in agent Mayrose was exceptional. She had a very friendly, can-do attitude, was efficient and quick while maintaining friendly professional demeanor. She resolved parking gate frustration we had very quickly. Dinner at Seaports by the lobby was great: food was delicious, served hot and fairly quickly, and server/bartender Stephenson gave exceptional service while he also efficiently managed a very busy dining room and bar.

The room was lovely but what made me so happy with hotel was our waitress Delsey in the Seaport Grill. We were a group of 20 but she handled all our needs expertly and kept us informed at every step of the process. Food was delicious!

Great place to stay prior to cruise with yummy warm cookies. People at the front desk wasn’t too friendly but guess we all have our bad days .

Wonderful check in experience. Clean comfy room. Only downside to this is the excessive price for parking

Personel was great. The physical condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired. There was only ONE working elevator out of four. The toilet paper holder couldn't hold the paper, and it was difficult flushing the toilet.

I’ve never been in a Hilton property that had peeling wallpaper, the toilet took multiple times to flush, the carpet smelled, and men’s bath off lobby was leaking, until now. Needs an update and some loving care. And don’t walk outside property, smells like urine and felt unsafe. Those being said I had a medical emergency and they were right on it. Helped get EMS to me quickly and out even faster. Much appreciated. Staff was great! Building not so much.
Even more peeling paper. Pic doesn’t do justice for wrinkles up side of tub under paper.
Peeling wallpaper. Thought it was live pic to hear toilet running after flush.
Water leaking thru wall into men’s bathroom off lobby.

Mold in shower. Old style AC/Heater that comes on and off and is noisy. $40 parking fee per night and had to park in a back lot far from entrance to our building. Old property that needs updated. Desk chair seat had spring poking through it. Musty smell
