Checking was a long wait. They gave me a free cookie. Parking was a nightmare. You will need a map to figure out were you should park. Area unsafe. Stayed in the tower. Level 6. Rooms were small. Balcony felt unsafe. No privacy. Will not come back. Just a 10 minute drive to Tukwila you will find better options.

Property was what you would expect for an area adjacent to the airport. The concourse levels could definitely use a remodel. Could definitely tell the rooms had been smoked in. The refrigerator in the room was not very efficient and barely kept anything cold. Would recommend reminding the staff if the equipment in your room isn’t functioning.

I think Expedia rooms are designated to the back forty…about 3/4 of a mile from the lobby. The agent wouldn’t let me get Hilton honors because I booked through Expedia and the heater had a constant knocking noise so I had to turn it off to sleep and woke up freezing. This hotel could be so much better but it’s just okay.
