Convenient place near mall and Target. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Free shuttle in nice van. However the hotel is outdated like from 70s. Noisy. Old toilet about to overflow. Really rusted door hinges. Carpet is old. Motel style door entry. Poor sound insulation. Super soft beds. Not my favorite. Thay charge $2.50 for a bottle if Kirkland water. No free bottled water. No free coffee or tea. I had 2 TVs in the 2 rooms. Overall was fine.

Close to airport for unexpected long lay overs. Free shuttle has to be ordered by calling the hotel AFTER you have booked. Once you call, it may take 20 or 30 minutes to get there. Rooms are spacious, but not maintained well. Our bathroom had a loose toilet and shower plate coming off the wall. Room curtains were torn and dirty (I took pics). View was of HVAC units on a flat roof. So disappointing! Chicken sandwich in restaurant was very good! Remember to schedule your shuttle back to the airport when you check in. They only go every 30 minutes. Our return shuttle was late, so not sure how dependable it is

Broken thermostat, noisy neighbors (cops called)
Room was hot - thermostat did not appear to be working so the heat would not turn off. There was so much noise from teenagers running the halls. At 4 AM, the police were involved with the teens next door to us. They had been smoking weed in the hall, which we could smell. When we returned the rental car that night and took the DoubleTree shuttle back to the hotel, it turns out there are 2 DoubleTrees in the airport's vicinity. But that was not communicated to us. We waited 15 minutes for another shuttle to pick us up. The agent acted like we were idiots for not knowing. They should have a sign on the shuttle to check the address. Then we were charged a "in-room water fee" for apparently taking a bottled water, which we didn't. Overall, dissatisfied with this hotel.
