Understaffed at front desk, got the wrong room key, no light and no power at 2 am due to weather. No breakfast was provided. The hotel should not be accepting accommodation unless it is sure the facility is running.

The night before we were to stay there, the worst wind storm ever came in the area and most hotels, including this hotel had absolutely no power, which included HEAT. I spoke with the on-site manager and she agreed to help me get a full refund. It took us the entire day to find a hotel with power because all people with reservations at the hotels with no power or heat wrre looking for a warm place to stay.
