One of the few hotel stays I have had this year that was QUIET, which was amazing considering how close it was to the freeway. The staff were professional. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was keto/diabetic friendly. Excellent stay.

I waited at the front desk for five minutes while a woman was on her phone and didn’t see me there. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The elevators had an odor reminiscent of urine. The breakfast in the morning was less than warm and minimal, but tasted good.

The room was fine, but the service was disappointing. The bathroom hair dryer was broken, and the front desk said they couldn’t check it until 10 AM and had no replacement, even though I was leaving earlier. Later, I found another hair dryer hidden in the closet, which suggests the issue was known but not communicated. Overall, I did not receive any help. In addition, the front desk staff member we interacted with during check-in was not very friendly or helpful.
