We were very pleased with our room; it fit our needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and nice places to sit to read, watch TV, work on the computer, etc. Check-in was much slower than desirable, but the man at the desk was working hard. There apparently was an issue he was trying to resolve with some other guests, and the line of people to check-in got longer and longer. It seems a hotel that size should have more than one person helping at prime check-in time. We were booked for 4 nights and during the second night, a car alarm went off at the car dealership next door starting at about 1:30 am and lasting past 4:00 am. Unfortunately this was very close to our bedroom window and sleep was next to impossible. We obviously called down to the front desk, but they were unable to get hold of anyone at the dealership, nor were the police willing to help. This was very unfortunate for us and many others. We decided to switch to another hotel and the excellent front desk lady was very gracious in helping to cancel the reservation for the remaining nights with no hassle. Things can always go wrong, but it's a sign of a good hotel when they step up to help satisfy the customer. I would definitely stay here again.

Building is not kept up, window in our room did not close properly and noise from highway did not let us sleep, plumbing made terrible noise all night At check in told us no internet and it took about 20 minutes to get a room, receptionist was polite but seemed so indifferent to her job and situation Breakfast was ok but coffee cold

It’s nice to be in a Hotel and not pay for parking. Breakfast in the morning is a good way to begin the day. My husband and I stayed in this Hotel for 4 nights and even thought we never requested for our room to be cleaned, housekeeping came once to change our towels. Any extra stuff that we needed she provided us in a breeze.

Stayed here while attending a Bluejays game. Front desk girl was AWESOME! Hotel was clean and beautiful. AC worked liked a champ in the rooms. Lots of parking. A 5 min walk brings you to a grocery store and multiple dining options. The ramen restaurant was amazing. Huge portions and only $13.50 So easy to snag an Uber to the game! Will stay there again next time.

Chantel greeted us with a large smile and super helpful getting us signed in! Room was very comfy, shower so nice and breakfast does not disappoint! This was a quick one night stay but we will return! So centrally located!
