Area was convenient near highway and food literally across the street. I was charged $44 and can’t get through to them to find out why as I never received a receipt stating what I was charged for? We don’t smoke! Left room clean even with them having ants! Never received room service the 4 days we stayed so I wonder what they feel like we did wrong?? Either way.. wouldn’t stay here again!

The police were outside the locked office this morning.The office hours stated it opened at 7 a.m. The photo listed on Hotels.com looks NOTHING like the office. Completely false advertising. The place is dilapidated.

Worst place ever, I booked them since March 2025 , 2 months prior my trip to stay there for a weekend well on June 6 couples hours before check-in they called & said they will cancel my reservation because they were overbooked I asked why if I had already booked it they would cancel it they said sorry & hang up the phone & I still got charged a cancellation fee as if I was the one canceling-.- it’s ridiculous. Plus I had to pay way more for another hotel.

I arrived got my reservation only to be told they cancelled it. They did not even call me they wait until I showed up and said they were overbooked and needed to cancel reservations and mine was one of them. This place is the oldRamada Inn with a new name.

The worst possible customer service. They do not have check-in after 10.00PM as there is no one at the reception. This is not mentioned anywhere, it only states check-in after 3.00PM. When I arrived to check in at 1.30 am, there was no one available at the Front desk and a note was put up that we will come back at 6.00 am. I was never informed either by Oyo or expedia that there is no check-in after a certain time. I called Oyo multiple times and they said they have escalated and I should hear back in 24-48 hours. The receptionist arrived at 7 instead of 6 and told me that she has cancelled my reservation due to no show and that I should expect a refund from Expedia. I had to book another reservation directly with Oyo for a higher amount and I still haven't received my refund or a single email from the Oyo team even after more than 10 calls. I still haven't received a refund from Expedia either at the time of writing. The property is bang average at best.

When we got there at 4pm my reserve room are not available, have to wait 1hour. then supposedly no smoking but when we went in the room smells like weeds, bath tub clogged you have to wait for a while for the water to go down.

When I got to the motel, I was told that Expedia overbooked rooms and they have no room available for me. When asked about refund, a guy at the front desk explained that OYO has nothing to do with that and I have contact Expedia. Seriously? Was it so hard to give me a call or email about cancelation so that after 5 hrs flight in the middle of the night I wouldn't need to look for a place to stay.
