West jet lost our luggage no one from the hotel will help us west jet won’t help us west jet gave us 100$ to spend till we get our luggage we spent way over that I have absolutely nothing here to wear very upset my feet have blisters and are bleeding I can send pictures. This is the worst experience and I am trying to stay positive and enjoy myself a little but it’s hard. I just want to be home.

The only thing I would suggest is have more rooms with two queen beds or improve the sofa bed.
