Not the Embassy Suites I am used to.

The hot tub was broken the entire stay. Every morning they said the part to fix it had not arrived. The "heated" pool was freezing cold, and when I inquired I was fed a line about it being cool because it was salt water... The pool was also run down and the marcite was peeling horribly. The music in the pool area was nonstop Christmas music... in March. The breakfast was lackluster for an Embassy Suites. There was very little hot food on offer making it feel more like the free breakfast at a Comfort Inn. Embassy Suites used to have the best breakfast in the biz. The room was comfortable but dated, and the overall vibe of the hotel was "this place used to be really nice". It needs paint and polish. Even the elevators had cracked paneling on the floors.

I went to the evening happy hour 30 minutes after started, There were several empty bowls with nothing in them, I asked the staff will it be more snacks/ It had just started, she said NO Once the bowl is empty there wont be any more, I told her, but you still have 1 more hour, she said there wont be no more food, i said OK, I was surprised Also, I go to different Embassy suits around the country, I was surprised that there were no flavor coffee creamers, I drink either French Vanilla, or Hazel Nuts, there were no creamer, I asked the staff, and she told me this Embassy will not serve those creamer flavors, I asked her why? she didn't know the answer They can call me at 407-701-6552

The first night I was at the Lynnwood Washington Embassy Suites, the woman at the front desk was not very kind. I am disabled and I had to call down to the front desk 3 times and she was quite short with me. She almost made me regret staying at Embassy Suites. But, I am a big fan of Embassy Suites, so Embassy it is!

Our Phone kept ringing at all hours of the night. Just 3 rings and then 10 or 15 mins later, same thing, we kept the bedroom doors closed, but still could hear it. Not the most restful nights

Went for the hot tub, area was closed, real bad luck and wish i was informed. Beds really sucked, couldnt sleep. Staff was meh. Breakfast was meh.

Disappointing hotel try Hampton Inn nearby

Pool and hot tub closed. Hotel used to be nice but isn’t being maintained well. Room carpets are stained, not vacuumed well, mattresses have large depressions from use and bathtub drain didn’t drain. Ankle deep in water while you shower.
