So many extras!
Front desk check in was smooth, the agent was very polite and helpful. The hotel is just very cool! We loved the inward facing open lobby floor plan! The made to order omelets were delicious and the evening reception and free drinks were so fun! The cleaning staff are very attentive and thorough.

The property was neat and clean. Staff was quick and competent. Our room was quiet and in an excellent location, for us. I didn't like that our booking sight didn't tell us about the parking charge so I could pay it up front. There were not enough towels and they were small. I was very concerned because, while I like hot water, I'm sure the temperature was much hotter than the state mandated 120 degrees.

This place is tired--needs a makeover.Choices for breakfast were limited--as well as "mgrs' happy hour. Lobby area is sterile with planters empty or not healthy. The CLOSED restaurant is dark and forbidding with meals in the bar area limited. Other hotels in the area don't charge for parking-- $22 daily here is excessive. Our group always stays at an Embassy Suites for our annual get together. We won't be back to this one.

We have stayed at Multiple Embassy Suites, and expected this stay to be similar. It wasn’t! The staff were professional and working hard to keep a property which is now outdated and shabby functioning We really noticed and appreciated their efforts, the physical facility and old worn furnishings left a negative lasting impression
