Did not like being charged a daily rate to park my car. I mentioned it at check out and the staff member said she would waive the fee. Also had issues with hot water. It was very difficult to get the water in the bathroom to get warm up, one day the water never did warm up, so was not able to take a shower. The staff noted this concern at check out.

We had a fairly good experience. Tile by the pool is very slick. Our sofa bed had dirty sheets inside (crumbs and some sort of spill.) Front desk addressed the issue quickly. The restaurant food was delicious. Complementary drinks were nice!

The room was very clean and big. One elevator was broke down so it was a long wait to go up or down to/from your room, or take the stairs. The restaurant was closed so everyone gathered in the lobby area and was packed. The furniture was run down and ripped/torn and tattered looking. We also had to pay to park at the hotel which wasn’t disclosed until we checked out. The lot was packed and no other options around to park.
