Great Stay
The staff at the front desk and the wine bar were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Loved the cozy feel of the hotel. Walking distance to Lumen field, many restaurants and Pike Market. Would defiantly stay there again.

Pictures online are completely inaccurate to how the rooms actually looked. Walked down our hall and into our room and it felt like we were staying in a hostel. The staff were rude and unapologetic to how i was treated and accused of putting my room key on other peoples door. They accused me of not being a guest or not knowing my room number after i had just told them my room number. It was 3 employees against a single female. I was extremely uncomfortable the rest of my stay and not one apology from any of them. If it wasn't for family arriving the next day i would have packed my bags and left. I even called the manager to discuss the incident and not yet to receive a call. I will never stay in this place again. The price I paid for it did not constitute the level of disregard in this place.

Awful experience. I booked a room here on Expedia, paid in advance and then when I got to the hotel they refused to accept my card for the incidentals deposit- the same card I bought the reservation with - because it was virtual. So they denied me a room, but nevertheless kept my payment. Neither the hotel nor Expedia would consider a refund, and the hotel adamantly refused to give me a room. And because the hotel took that payment there wasn't enough room left on the card to get a room at another hotel.

I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for short stays of one or two nights. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The room quality is impressive for the price, and the location is convenient as well.

Great location, walkable to the majority or everything of downtown, the rooms are small but if you’re looking for a place to just sleep it’s not a problem and it’s affordable. Parking is expensive but worth my life to pay for it since certain areas of downtown closer to pike place it can be very scary.

The shower was broken. The hotel had a very weird smell. Basically it looks like a polished crack house. I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel felt dated. The room was small and the bathroom was too small. Doors did not fit properly with gaps between door and frame. Self checkin was not efficient as the staff still had to print out your key cards.
