It’s convenient for business and my room this time was updated. It stayed extremely warm and couldn’t regulate the temperature. My last visit was the opposite with an older styled room that I couldn’t keep warm enough. Inconsistent.

The check in process was a little rocky; but at the end everything worked out. The hotel is close to everything downtown which was very convenient. The room was nice for the price I paid for 4 days.

Do not book this hotel. We are Canadian university students (all 20 ) visiting for just a one night stay. An accident happened to us the day of and we could not make our stay. We do not wish to exaggerate, we felt genuinely bullied by the entire staff team. We absolutely respect and value staff members because we ourselves are working students who paid for this $300 booking with our part time jobs. We simply wanted to see if there is any way we can cancel or reschedule or get any sort of partial refund at all to help us out. We did not receive anything, but that is not actually the bad end of the experience. We understand that there are policies but we do not tolerate malice. Expedia were very kind and helpful, they called the hotel many times just to have the hotel switch their narrative. We were genuinely very confused. In the end, it feels like they are trying to waste your time. Please note that their attitude was so bad that both Expedia staff commented on the unprofessionalism, one even filing a report. They even started blaming us for not being able to make it, and accused us of losing the hotel money. We can not emphasize enough that no matter how much patience and grace we showed the staff, it was never reciprocated for even one second. We never, ever yelled at them. They swore at us and hung up on us mid sentence then refused to pick up our calls. They are easily the rudest people we have ever, ever talked to.

The hotel is okey but the window in our room was broken and wouldn’t open so we were really hot and they provided a fan that wouldn’t turn on either. The doors like for the bathroom was also broken and hard to open and close and the shower door was also super hard to close not to mention the towel racks were 2 seconds away from falling off the wall because they weren’t drilled in properly.
