The location was very convenient for public transportation to the airport, cruise, places of interests. An easy walk to pike market place. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was going to drop off my luggage after cruise, but they allowed me (and all guests, I believe) to check in early before 11am. That was very nice. I was surprised that I had to request for cleaning the room and pay $40 each time, after i came back to the hotel in the evening. There was no fresh towels, water, coffee; the garage was still in the room. If you would like to have the water, coffee, you would have to pick them up from the service desk. I would rate it 4 if i wasn't surprised by their rules of cleaning service and pickups after my stay.

Good location, room was clean. It's an older building, so don't expect a fancy space with a lot of updates. For example, there are no fans in the bathroom. Parking says it's free on the expedia booking page but it's actually $50 to have valet park your car. Other options are a garage next door for $45 or street parking. No breakfast, and if you arrive later in the evening the staff at the front desk needs to let you in. We stood outside for ~10 minutes waiting for the woman working at the front desk to end her phone call and let us in.

I booked this hotel because I was told parking was included, but when I arrived, I was informed that parking was valet only at an additional $50+ per night. That was extremely frustrating and misleading. I had to park in a public lot next door instead. When I tried calling the front desk to ask about parking, no one answered — and I called multiple times. They rely on an app for communication, but it barely worked during my stay, making it nearly impossible to get help. The room itself was incredibly small. I’m 6 feet tall, and when sitting on the toilet, my knees hit the wall. The bathroom had a pedestal sink with zero counter space, and I could touch the sink just by sitting down — that’s how cramped it was. To make matters worse, my room was never cleaned the entire time I was there. No housekeeping service whatsoever. The hotel is very noisy — they provide ear plugs, which says it all. The building is outdated, and there’s little to no ADA accessibility. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and definitely do not recommend this hotel.

The bed was EXCEPTIONAL but we were staying at the hotel due to my husband’s surgery. We had a 5:45 am check in for surgery so I left a wake up call for 4:00 am…the wake up call NEVER HAPPENED! It’s a damn good thing my husband set his phone alarm.

For the price we were both very impressed! Comfy new feeling mattress and pillows, very clean carpet and bathroom. Decent maybe 3x6foot window that opens to the front with a view of the library.

Horrible stay. Faucet was unattached at the sink. Bathroom was small and uncomfortable . Room service was an extra $40 per stay but only came one time despite my request. Had to walk on stairs to get to the elevator, no ramp available . I saw a elderly man carry his wife down on the stairs because she was in a wheelchair, not ADA friendly rooms were too small and moldy smelling , will never stay here again!
