Hot Water & Transparency
Other than that, I would stay longer, but when asked about the fact that there's no hot water, staff was already aware and had no idea when it would be fixed. This is EXTENDED STAY,, right? Which brings me to the transparency part. Had I been made aware of that one major drawback, I would have choosen to stay at the other Extended Stay nearby. Now I'm not sure what I'll get there either. Very disappointing, I left another extended stay (Not ESA) for the same reason, only to move here where there's no hot water, either. Did all the boilers in Lynnwood go out at the same time? I am here for work, so moving from place to place every few days is really wearing me out at the end of the day.
I am now in search of an Airbnb for the next 9 months. My company will take over the payments for the remainder of my stay, once I am safe and settled.
