Older building and in the middle of the commercial area where big trucks and gas stations are the only locations around. The hotel need a lot of remodeling and better beds and furniture

Check-in — late night check in, tired, was given a 2nd floor room however keys not working, had to go back to front desk to change keys, staff found out some rooms have been having problems with door keys including ours. Given another room, this time on the first floor. Room - smells terrible, dusty floor, crumbs on floor, seems like housekeeping did not clean well, cigarette hole on blanket, broken bed base, broken bathroom door, toilet flush could couldn’t be flushed here and there, NO SOAP - asked for soap in the morning and they said they don’t have soap for guests, they said there is no delivery! Breakfast - good service in the lounge, breakfast was okay - they have waffles, string cheese, cream cheese, jam, butter, oats, coffee, bread Check out - $100 deposit will not be given / refunded right away if you use card —- this was not explained the night we checked in — Better if you just give $100 cash for deposit so you can get it right away when you check out.

This place is terrible, sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot, our door didn't close, booked a non smoking room but the whole place reeks of cigarettes, stains on the blankets and sheets. Looks nothing like the photos on the listings, and they don't refund you even if your door won't shut and lock etc. I cannot recommend this place at all unless you're looking to do or deal drugs.

Shady people in the parking lot. Service was horrible. Cleaning crew is untrustworthy. Left behind item and now it’s gone forever. Called multiple times about said item and nothing. I would not stay unless it was your last resort. This company deserves to be put out of service. Even the “contact us” on their website is totally fake! Don’t stay here!
