One staff member was friendly and able to help fix a problem, two others were not.
The room needs to have instructions on how to use the TV! It was a "Smart TV" with many confusing options. We thought we needed to input the wifi password but it didn't work. The night person knew nothing. The day guy the next day said select the antennae option, but that didn't work either, then he came to check and found the connector wasn't plugged into the back of the TV! A pretty big Oops.
Wifi was awful at 1:00 a.m. When the TV didn't work I connected my laptop but couldn't play YouTube. I managed to stream a radio station. Night clerk said maybe it was slow because too many people were using the wifi! On the second night we followed directions but all we got on the tv screen was an endless circle. We gave up and used my laptop and were at least able to get YouTube.
The shower was great, but it was really hard to turn on the water in the sink. Highway noise was continuous, should have brought earplugs. Had to request coffee pods, sugar and stirrer for coffee maker, they weren't in the room. A seam was starting to come apart on the comforter/bedspread.
We didn't expect luxury for the price, but the wifi issues were a real problem. If you say you have free wifi, it should work 24 hours per day!
