Was assigned Room 231. Very bad room with unpleasant smell. In addition it is designed for person with limited mobility. Called the front desk, instructed me to go back to the lobby. REALLY!!!!! It pissed me off. Staff brought me a new room key but was condescending. Not recommended

The staff were super friendly. We gotnto Seattle a little early and wanted to just park our car and walk to the Space Needle but the staff said they could get us in early to a room. Parking garage was nice and safe. You have the option to park outside the hotel or in the secured garage. I asked the staff at the desk and she said the garage would be her choice because there os some homeless in the area, which she was right but they didnt bother us.

Excellent rooms and facilities. Breakfast wasn’t great often running out of basics and finish time of 9am congested the small breakfast room and contributed to food running out. Great to have washing machine and dryer on-site but the use of an app you needed to download and navigate was annoying - tap (credit card) to pay would be much easier. I also wished the bath water would turn off completely when using the shower - this wasted a lot of water. Great location - walkable to all major tourist activities and eating spots. Lovely clean hotel.

The staff was very friendly. We checked in on Sunday. The staff offered us a free indoor parking. He was responsible and told us that outdoor overnight parking is not very safe. The breakfast is great. We will recommend it to others.
