We loved our stay at this place! Free breakfast was really convenient. Walking distance to the space needle, museums & transportation. Rooms very clean & if lucky enough you will have a view to the space needle.

I was sent a check in email a day before. I went online and requested early check in (1pm) if available. On our way, I got an email at 9am saying our room was ready. We did not arrive until later so I am not sure if we did have access to the room then but when we got there, the keys were ready and all. Everyone was very friendly, free breakfast had great options, and location was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Was assigned Room 231. Very bad room with unpleasant smell. In addition it is designed for person with limited mobility. Called the front desk, instructed me to go back to the lobby. REALLY!!!!! It pissed me off. Staff brought me a new room key but was condescending. Not recommended

The staff were super friendly. We gotnto Seattle a little early and wanted to just park our car and walk to the Space Needle but the staff said they could get us in early to a room. Parking garage was nice and safe. You have the option to park outside the hotel or in the secured garage. I asked the staff at the desk and she said the garage would be her choice because there os some homeless in the area, which she was right but they didnt bother us.
