The breakfast was great and the line moved very fast. It was just a few blocks from the Space Needle. They arranged our shuttle to Pier 66, which was great. THe staff was very nice and helpful.

We arrived early & the man at the desk checked us in, was so warm & welcoming & gave us a map to show us where the space needle was located, which was within walking distance. Excellent customer service! Our room was clean, comfortable, & specious. In the morning we had breakfast, which was included & headed to the airport which was close by. It was a great experience.

Okay hotel…not for us

Clean rooms but did not like the layout or the room. In pictures you didn’t know that the bathroom only had a toilet and shower. The sink was outside of the bathroom and left little counter space as it was attached to the area with the coffee maker and microwave. Not ideal or functional. I’ve never seen this before. Our biggest grip was we required housekeeping and they never came. We called the front desk and the rescheduled us for the next day but again, no one ever came. We had to ask housekeeping for towels which was fine but the lack of communication was annoying. We wouldn’t plan on staying here again.

This was a very convenient place to stay with accessibility to downtown Seattle. We had a great view of the Space Needle too. The staff was very nice. Onsite underground parking was really appreciated. And even with a little mix-up with the payment, they corrected the discrepancy right away.
