Excellent customer service. Really enjoyed the gym with newer equipment, the sauna, and my kid liked the pool. Easy to get to from the airport using the light rail and getting off on symphony. Easy walk to Pike's place. Con: loud street noise at night, some unsavory characters around area at night.

Lost our luggage and the staff could not find it. Was not getting a straight answer from the staff either and my husband had to repeatedly go down to the lobby to find out the status of our luggage. It was found after 9pm, shortly after my husband stated we will need to file a police report as our passports were in there. Although the luggage was found eventually, definitely not happy having to wait for 4.5hrs.

It was a busy place to stay. Check in took so long. They can't even offer you late check out because its full as they say. When you try to call the reception from the room, took forever. Front desk staff store my luggage and telling me they're gunna bring in the room when the room is ready. Need to call them back and go at the desk to ask for my luggage. They even forgot my food and drink in their storage so i have to call them again. It is a great hotel to say, but the cost of the stay is not worth it for the delay service. Just saying. But thank you for my stay. There are better 4 star hotel to stay with fast and reliable service. But again, thank you for letting me stay.

Hotel is great, but won’t be staying here anymore. Rooms are nice and roomy and well appointed. However, the valet parking is horrible. We will not be staying here again just because of this. We called for the car and they told us 20 mins, and it was over an hour before we got our car and that’s only because we kept pestering the valet. Some people were waiting over an hour and a half. This has happened every time we stay here but this was the last time. We were hoping they would get the system fixed but it only seems to get worse. The woman running the valet doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing, she just has a handwritten list with valet numbers but doesn’t seem to know what car is where. We got to the point where we were asking for our keys so we could just go get it ourselves. We travel a lot and have never had to deal with this sort of service before. We gave them three chances and almost a year to get this system fixed and it just gets worse so we will be staying somewhere else from now on. It’s a shame because the rest of the hotel is great! But when you end on such a bad note it’s really not worth it.

Nice Lobby with bar, but don’t expect to get good sleep. It’s in downtown Seattle and lots of police, fire truck, and emergency vehicle sirens sporadically throughout the night.

Great old elegant hotel with wonderful Christmas decor. Beds were the most comfortable I've slept in. Huge room. Lovely lobby with bar. They didn't have the type of room we had reserved so they comped our breakfast. The dining room is lovely. Our breakfast was great. I would love to return.
