Inside the facility was fine, the room was clean, and staff were friendly. We went for a concert at climate pledge arena and the15 min walk was fine in the daytime but definitely don’t recommend walking to the hotel or around the hotel area at night. The last 2 blocks were a little sketchy as there was very little to no street lights, multiple homeless setups, and unmaintained sidewalks. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t speak to their food. Uber or ride-sharing was very accessible at this location.

Staff was terrific.

Staff was great, I was very concerned with the parking garage height limit. Staff member came out to make sure i didn't hit. Had about a half an inch of clearance. The extra step from staff was above and beyond in my opinion. Was in town for a concert and would definitely stay again.

Location was 10 minutes or less walking distance to the Space Needle. A QKC (Kroger) grocery store with a Starbucks inside was right across the parking lot. Very convenient to pier 91 cruise terminal.
