Easy food access to DoughZone or Hotpot. Decently close to Space Needle and right next to Seattle Convention Center. Overall staff were very receptive and knowledgeable. Easy to talk to and work issues. Bathrooms and Room itself were the right but size. But only thing is the Beds are a bit smaller with the 2 bed option

My negative comments have nothing to do with the Hyatt staff. From check-in, to room service, to check-out - everyone was professional and friendly. My wife and I stayed here for New Year’s Eve because the location to the Paramount theater was a very short walk. The biggest problem we had with the hotel was the noise we could hear while in our room. We could hear the neighbors talking doors away and our room’s proximity to the elevators meant we heard everyone coming and going. As for street noise, it pretty much went until three or four in the morning. It was as though our window was open to the street below. We heard motorcycles revving, loud cars revving, horns honking - we understand that it was New Year’s Eve, but this was long after New Year’s Eve celebrations had finished. The hotel ownership should consider updating the paint colors that are from at least 20 years ago. All said, if you can put up with the noise, inside and outside of the hotel, you will probably love this property and its location in Seattle.

This hotel seriously needs an update to keep 4.5 star rating. Otherwise, it should be degraded to 3 stars. According to the information on the listing, overnight parking is US$39 with in/out previlege, but it was wrong. You have to valet park to get in/out previlige, and it was US$68, not $39. Self parking is $30 tax per 12 hours, and there's no in/out previlege. I stayed here for two nights, and the receptionist asked me if I need house keeping. I said yes, but they didn't clean my room. There was only one shower gown and one pair of sleepers in the room. The wooden bench in the sauna was very squeaky

Overall we had a great experience and would return. The hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym were very enjoyable and relaxing. Room on 27th floor was very well appointed, beautiful bathroom, very comfortable bed. Our room was not cleaned on the second day, but upon request they took care of it right away. Our bill included movie charge and long-distance phone call charge, neither of them were services we utilized. Charges were removed when brought to their attention.
