I really enjoyed my time at Grand Hyatt, and pretty much everything was amazing. It is in a great location, the rooms have amazing views of the city. My room was also clean and had all of the basic necessities a modern hotel room should have. Complementary water bottles in the room were nice, and the TV had chromecast. The only negative mark I have to give the Hyatt is that they don't offer any discounts or validation for parking. Going in and out of the parking garage can get really pricey. They do not own the lot, so they can't really do anything about it. However, if you're planning on walking, using public transit, or ride sharing this place is a great place to stay in Seattle.

There was some miscommunication with Staff but nothing serious, perhaps it was just late in the day for them, we let it go. Also there was only one slipper Nd bathrobe when there was two of us. Rather than complain we let that go too.
