I was very impressed during my stay. The staff is exceptional, very kind and attentive. The rooms are spacious, very nice and clean, in addition to the beds being super comfortable! The rooftop deck is a definite bonus and so beautiful!

My suite was really spacious and clean; The shower was nice and hot; the bed was a bit too soft for my comfort level; both the pool and gym room looked good although I didn’t use them (I wish the pool was available during earlier and later hours. It was a good size and looked like it would be great for doing laps but was not open during the hours that I could use it go as I was there for a conference); the breakfast was basic free hotel buffet food.

This was the first time staying at this property. Our room was cute and clean. Danny was the only staff member we interacted with but he was very welcoming and friendly. We were also able to have a complimentary breakfast before we checked out. If we're ever back in Renton again, we will seek out this hotel.

Our family had a great stay! Four stars for Staff and cleanliness as there was a challenge in communication in receiving the service to restore the room with the staff which they rectified. Great place, near the lake, park and walkable to many restaurants if you decide to Uber the 15 minutes from the airport and skill the car for the weekend.

Right to the property it seemed fairly nice. Got to the room moments into our late arrival. A lot of door slamming come to find out our room was directly next to the 24 hour fitness Center what a nightmare we had people banging on our door people screaming in the gym it was extremely disruptive. We got no sleep. Also, the sheets whatever was in their cleaning of their sheets, caused a rash from head to toe. I was a bright red. I mentioned to the front desk and they said they don’t even use soap to wash their sheets. They only use hot water, which I found to be even more disgusting definitely a chemical on the sheets. The location was perfect for what I needed the hotel for but that’s about it if I could get my money back and go somewhere else I would’ve, but it was too late and of course nonrefundable.
