Our fridge in our room was unplugged so we plugged it in and let staff know. In the morning the fridge still wasn't working. I have an allergy so brought my own food and we lost all my food in the fridge. Very expensive loss of food. We let the staff know of the issue!

Perfect
I needed a central location to Seattle and surrounding area. The location was perfect. Express bus to Seattle was less then a mile walk. The front desk was always manned and Anna and Lucy were outstanding in every way. Room was clean and comfortable with a strong hot shower. Breakfast was not your typical Hampton fare it was much better excellent every day and varied. I used the fitness center and pool both were well taken care of. Very happy with my stay here.
