Rude desk clerk on the phone. Check in time 3 pm - power out at my house. called at 2 pm to see if I could check in a bit early since it was cold without power. Female sounding person with accented English said, 'no, you can't come; room isn't ready'. She didn't offer an 'I'm sorry', or 'no the room won't be ready early but come sit in our warm lobby and wait. Rude, abrupt and inconsiderate. Room was OK, couldn't get a room not facing the freeway so was put on the 5th floor which is actually worse as it is level with the freeway. Exorbitant pet fee! Will not be going back. stayed in a different chain hotel the previous night and it was worlds better.

The staff were all very polite, friendly, and helpful. The secure parking is excellent. The beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Just excellent all around.

The room was great! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was well maintained and breakfast was good. The only issue we had was that internet and TV service were both down during our stay. Nothing that the hotel could do about it.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, secure but EXPENSIVE
Room was clean. Facility was new and secure. Breakfast was pretty good (though they were out of bacon). Room was quiet, despite being less than 100 yards from the light rail. But it was crazy expensive! Like almost $300 for single occupancy. In the off season, not central/walkable to anything except the light rail station. Plus they dinged you another $20 for parking!
