Close to freeway and shops and restaurants. What we should have done however was ask what the pet fee was before we booked it. It turned out to be $75 for two nights , no exceptions. We stayed one night. The lady who checked us in did not mention the rate plus we didn’t ask . Just assumed it’d be reasonable. Hotel was nice and clean though.

Car garage was a hassle. Hard to find elevator. No luggage cart. Room key would not open the garage door or work in the elevator. I had to call the front desk for help twice before we even go into the room. The view outside the room window was the grey cement rapid transit station. Very ugly.

Friendly staff at the front desk. Clean room with mile door key issues. I had to come down nightly to get my room key reprogrammed. Easy access to the city express lanes to the city are less than a block away which made it easy for our business in the city. Limited dining in the area. We drive 8 miles north to Lynwood every day for our meals.

The hotel provided an exceptional experience, particularly the enhanced security measures. The constant scanning of the key card was a welcome addition to the stay. Despite being located in Seattle, the hotel maintained a remarkably clean and well-maintained environment. I highly recommend this establishment to others seeking a comfortable and secure stay. It is close to my son's house so convenient. I happened to be there when dozens of young boys were there for a hockey tournament. Pool destroyed and ran out of towels. Breakfast was wiped out when I got there at 9am. I waited for 10 minutes for coffee to be made.

My review
We have stayed there many times as our families live there. Until covid the place was perfect, they offered a shuttle service, room makeup and cleaning every day, Some services can be individually ordered, like clean towels. Evan though basic services are no longer offerred, we still go there. The hotel has a good breakfast, and excellant service from staffand is very clean. The shuttle service has become very restricted , and not offerred on weekends or holidays.
