Location and accessibility to amenities was great. Very clean rooms and pool. Only thing was in our suite, the sofa bed's mattress was horrible.. it was noisy and could feel the springs while sleeping...otherwise a great stay.

Staff are friendly and helpful and proactively offered to loan an umbrella when raining. Smooth check in without any hassle with Expedia reservation number easily retrieved from the checking system. Staff were nice and welcoming. The room was clean, bed were large. I didn’t like the design of the bathroom door. It was a sliding door. It didn’t really allow for privacy while using the bathroom. The bistro was extremely underwhelming. It was called a restaurant, but it just seemed like it would be premade food that’s reheated. It definitely shouldn’t be called a restaurant. We ended up ordering food. Fortunately there are TONS of food options around. Overall it was a great stay.

There were some things that were great, like the complimentary breakfast and the convenience. Also, the front desk staff was friendly when we were checking in. Unfortunately, there were more bad things than good about our stay. We were hosting a birthday party at the hotel and I was embarrassed by the stained and dirty furniture. The pull-out sofa beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The mattresses were so thin that you could feel the springs. I had to sleep on top of the couch cushions to make it bearable.The hotel was very noisy. The wheeled chairs and ottomans in the room were ideal for children to ride back and forth from one end of the room to the other, which was so loud and went on all evening in the unit above our room. We tried to call the front desk multiple times, the phone just rang and rang and nobody ever answered and I could not leave my children alone to go to the front desk. I will add that the carpet throughout the hotel was also stained and looked dirty. I would not go to this hotel again and I would be hesitant to book a room at The Hampton Inn at all.

They now charge $10 to park (used to be free) and $2 for water bottles. Nickel and diming! Check in line up was excruciatingly long (one staffer only at counter despite other staffers inside who did not emerge until much later). This used to be a favorite destination but will now start looking at others.
