The pool and hot tub were not open when they said they would be, staff was not that friendly, bedding wasn’t available for the extra beds even though it was set up for 7, although they did get some when we went to the front desk to ask. It was also disappointing that there was limited tv options without paying extra and no free WiFi. We were expecting more for the amount we paid.

The pool was small and crowded. My kids reported that the water temperature was cold. We got a call around 11:45pm that my kids were being loud despite being in the room next door and not hearing any noise. However around 4:30am I was woken do loud music playing from the room above me. I did not complain because the rooms are decently around proof. But I was surprised that it went on so long, due to getting a call for ourselves when

Hotel is in excellent condition and we appreciated the amenities and cleanliness. Breakfast was very good. Surprised to pay for parking. Beds were too hard and rooms can be noisey due to lack of sound as abatement; we were fortunate to have mostly quiet neighbors but occasionally easily heard normal talking and a few dogs bark.

We love this property! We live locally and stay a few times a year for the pool. This year, it was my daughters birthday and the super nice guy at the desk upgraded us to a suite and it was perfect!!! Breakfast was also amazing!

Decent place. I like the location as it is near a lot of stores. I ended up going next-door to the Nordstrom rack when I needed a bathing suit for the hot tub. I like that there’s a pool and a hot tub. There were just a few things that needed fixing in the rooms like the door had light coming through it on the side. I don’t mean the bottom of it… Also the tub had the drain stuck in the closed position. It’s fine though honestly, if they just made a few tweaks, it would be all right. The main issue that will be hard to fix is that the walls are thin I could hear the people next-door talking in their door opening and closing so not that convenient for Sleep purposes. Nice staff. Coffee and breakfast items in the am.

Very pleased with location, overall hotel, spacious updated double king room. Staff courteous and helpful. My only 2 issues are 1. $10 to park in lot 2. Pet friendly a plus but nowhere on the Hotels.com site nor the Hotel’s site that there was a $75 chg per night. I know because I looked closely. That fee is a dealbreaker for me to stay there again with my pet.
