As soon as you walk in they do greet you great staff got the keys to the second floor elevator buttons dirty walking through the hall to our room to the right looked like there was a blood stain once you open the door to the room ceiling looks like it’s old possibly mold restroom smelled when we first walked in floor didn’t seemed vacuumed just seemed clean but just the feelings of it being dirty

Had an issue with our room (neighbors, smell in hallway/smell coming into our room). When I went to the front desk to report the issue, we were immediately moved to a room on a higher floor. I appreciated the no-nonsense response of the hotel representatives. Room service was excellent.
