The staff at the Bellevue Hilton are exceptional. If there are any issues they are taken care of immediately. They go above and beyond every time we stay there. This has been our go to hotel for at least 13 years. We always feel welcomed.

Very disengaged staff, they didn’t offer anything. The sheets were dirty, the tub was gross, the sink was broken, the bath was clogged , the coffee machine didn’t work and the restaurant was awful.

It was nice but the one thing that I did not like is that the tv was hard to work as well as the water was cold would not heat up. So the cold shower was not fun.
