Hilton Garden Inn Bellevue is our go-to hotel whenever we visit. The location is perfect—close to the mall and within walking distance to everything we need. The area is also beautiful, which adds to the appeal. The staff did their jobs well, from the friendly reception team to the attentive dining attendant. The food at the restaurant was good, especially the wings! However, the rooms could use a little extra attention to cleanliness and would benefit from a modern update, like switching from carpet to hard floors. Despite this, we always enjoy our stay and will continue to come back!

Worst staff and service Their manager Joel wouldn’t even come out to talk to me and I waited for 45 mins. Absolutely disgraceful he said he was busy doing more important things to the front staff. Customer service not high on their priority list. Front staff was extremely dismissive didn’t want to deal with problems. Our sheets were dirty and the bathroom we did not go in without socks Toilet had stains This hotel is not safe, the parking area had random people walking in it

Didn’t like a tip added automatically. Had a below average breakfast 2 adults 2 kids 65 dollars including tip. 2 scrambled eggs with overcooked potatoes 2 sausage no toast. Tip for waitress bringing meal only.

When we arrived at the hotel we had over 1 hour wait in line for check in. We ended up leaving because we had dinner reservations that couldn’t be pushed. When we got back we were informed that there was no parking at the facility and we would have to find parking several blocks away. On top of that the computer for checking the keys was Brocken down so we were told to find parking and by the time we come back it should be fixed. After 30 minutes we found parking came back and found got our keys. Waiting for the elevator we were informed the elevator didn’t work and we would have to take the stairs. Once we finally got to our room on the 5th floor we were greeted by a horrible smell in our room. We had friends come by to confirm it wasn’t just us. We contacted the front desk and got a new room. The new room was nice but the TV didn’t work.

Good service, friendly staff, pretty good access to public transit to downtown. I booked the place by accident thinking it was Downtown Seattle but it wasn’t that bad commuting to downtown plus there was a pool and lounge area for the kids. Only downside was there were not many late night food options nearby or for delivery.

Hilton cheaping out on repairs and IT infrastructu
Staff were having a difficult time, because Hilton had not fixed the elevators. The card readers were also not working, and the whole place seemed understaffed (especially for the holidays). Check-in took over an hour, and turns out there is a 40$ parking fee. Not happy with our stay here

I liked the hotel but you do have to pay $40 on top of paying for the hotel for parking in the garage. And if you don’t pay the $40 for parking there’s literally no where else to park. Also if you do get the $40 parking there might not be any space in the parking garage..

We chose this property because is was closer to snowflake lane and easy for my young daughter to walk compared to the place we stayed last year but when we got to our room after a long day the air unit was Sooo loud we wanted to turn off but we can’t sleep in warm rooms. Also the bathrooms just have a slider barn style door so you have zero privacy if you are sharing a room with anyone. We will be going back to our other hotel next year.
