The hotel was great and they gave me a free upgrade to a high floor, I had requested to pay. Thank you to the staff for doing that! The location was AMAZING, I used Uber for everything once I arrived and it was so close to everything the Uber’s were around $25 or less! The only reason for 4 stars is the overnight parking is very pricey but I paid it and was not worried about my rental at all.

First time and will definitely be back. Perfect for a quick business trip, near light rail and everything downtown had to offer. Room was clean and staff was super friendly. Upgraded to the top floor which was appreciated and the view was beautiful.

The bartender Mima was amazing and friendly! She helped a long week away from home feel less burdensome. Front desk rarely acknowledged I even existed from the time I checked in, until I checked out. The woman who checked me in wasn’t friendly or welcoming. I asked to be charged for the entire stay up front, in addition to the 200 incidental fee. They put a hold instead of doing so, and then the woman who checked me out, charged me again but told me it would take “at least a week” for it to charge me. As someone who previously worked in the hotel industry for a major corporation, I knew this was inaccurate. I’ve been checked out almost a week and still haven’t seen the refundable fee credited back to my account and the other charges fully taken out. The only individual that greeted me, other than Mima the bartender, was the man who was sitting at the podium when I got back from work. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this hotel, which is a bummer because I really enjoyed the bartender.
