Good location, rude staff
They didn’t refund the incidentals. the sum was actually charged and never cancelled or refunded. This is the 1st time that I had to call the hotel for such an issue. The lady took my phone around 11pm Aug. 24 was very rude, just said it was pre-authorization, then put me on hold for 20+ minutes w/o further explanation.

Hotel was nice but the lock on the room malfunctioned and my husband could not get in for about three hours, from 9pm to midnight. Eventually he was relocated to another room, but was there on business and it was a huge issue to not get sleep. They gave him a Dr.Pepper for his inconvenience.

Easy check in and parking. It’s close to the convention center, Pike’s Market, etc. The elevator wasn’t well lit to show which elevator is available and your room key didn’t always work to allow you to access the floor your room is located on. Other than that everything was really good.

Hotel has recently changed hands from Hilton to coast hotels and the staff seem bitter. Lobby and entrance are bizarre - parking is ridiculous good luck getting up that tight spiral ramp with all the smudged paint on the wall from previous suckers who paid $50 a night like I did. Hotel itself inside rooms very nice and clean. No pool though. Very limited bar or restaurant area. Breakfast NOT included. Surrounding area is crackhead central and unless you want to hang out with fentanyl zombies you should choose another place.

Friendly staff & clean room. Having the railway so close to hotel was a bonus. Best way to get to Tmobile with no hassle of parking or traffic. Will definitely stay there again!

The staff was so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The only down side was there is no fan in the bathroom so it gets very humid and hot in the room if you have a lot of people taking showers, other than that it was great! I will definitely stay again in the future.

Very good location with most points of interest being within walking distance. The hotel on the other hand could use some tweaking in order to upgrade from average to above average/very good. For example - There is no discounts at all on parking in the attached parking garage. The best you get offered is in and out “privileges”. I’m sure given the volume of customers the hotel provides the parking garage that they could negotiate some sort of discount and pass that along to the people staying in the hotel. Strangely the water pressure from the bathroom sink and the shower oscillates from almost non-existent to normal approx every 90 seconds. Perhaps some training for the staff that work the front desk. My wife forgot her room entry card so the employee at the front desk refused to let her into the room because her last name on her ID is different than mine, understandable. But they did let her charge food to the room while she waited for me to arrive. How does that make any sense ? And the last thing they need to improve is the elevators. There are 3 and they’re all very slow to arrive regardless of time of day to the point where I witnessed 2 separate parties on 2 separate occasions give up and walk away. The doors of the elevators also close very abruptly. I witnessed a couple of people get caught in them. On one of those occasions one of the employees was in the elevator and commented that he had brought it to the elevator technician’s attention but nothing was done.

Good value for what you get at the hotel however it was a little crowded. The elevators were broken a couple times and some of the staff was a little uptight and they’re still wearing mask which is kind of offensive. It scares my kids otherwise the rooms were clean, but be prepared for long check in.
