The hotel was decent. The breakfast was really good that was included in the package. The staff that checked us in were lovely. We had a room with two beds and one bed did not look like it had been changed before our arrival and was full of random hair. We asked for new bedding and they just dropped it off for us to do. The woman who checked us out was miserable and rude it was 645 am we were the only ones in the lobby and it was if we had completely inconvenienced her. It was good but for the price per night which worked out $500 Canadian I had a bit higher expectations

Weekend getaway

Hotel location was perfect for visiting the market. The link drop off point was a 10 min walk to the hotel. Great location to take in the concert at Lumen.

Good Seattle Option

The hotel overall is clean, the staff was welcoming and it was in a great location. We were able to walk to Lumen Field for a concert and it was an easy trek. The room was on the smaller side but had everything you could need. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the pillows lacked any substance. We did find a pair of someone else’s socks under the nightstand which is always a gross thought. The elevators were slow and there were 3 for the entire hotel, they took quite awhile. Getting from the parking garage to the lobby, it didn’t seem like taking the stairs was even an option. But overall the hotel was good and we’d stay there again if we needed a hotel in the city.

Had to remove stars due to parking and elevator. Parking was expensive. $56 usd is a lot for parking. The self park barcode the hotel gives you to have in and out privileges doesn’t work. When we asked the front concierge about it, he just told us to go park inside and figure it out ourselves. They have 3 elevators and the elevators are extremely slow. Took more than 10 minutes just to get an elevator and then it would be full that you’d have to wait longer. There’s no stairs so you can’t even take the stairs to get out.

Lovely hotel, comfy beds, all very clean. The exclusive breakfast perk and free happy hour was a HUGE bonus. We stayed during the Morgan Wallen concert and it was SO busy. Parking is a bit meh - but great location, walkable to PIKE market and the water. 10/10

Part of an extended trip but we enjoyed the hotel and its proximity to areas we wanted to visit. The garage was a little scary but overall worthwhile.

Great location! Walkable to all the sights. 3 block walk from Symphony link station from the airport. ($3). Quick walk to waterfront and Pike Marketplace. Westlake station and the monorail to Space Needle just a few blocks away. Room was clean, spacious and club level access to breakfast each morning and happy hour each afternoon was great! Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, toast/muffins and was great. Afternoon happy hour (5-7pm) was a nice treat. $5 wine or beer but free soda and water along with snacks/ cookies /cheese. Friendly staff, chatty doorman, helpful and courteous! Great stay! Will recommend to friends traveling!

We liked the clean rooms, but the lady at the front was very phoney and spoke too fast. She seemed stressed and ingenuine. The walls were very thin and heard the guests next door talking all night long til 4 am all of the nights that we stayed.

Hotel is ok overall, however the are a few cons: elevators are very very slow, especially at peak times..we had to walk 17 flights down to get to ground level only to have to wait for the elevator to go back to 10th floor where the lobby and restaurant are located. Wait time at restaurant was another reason why we chose to walk over to the Sheraton and enjoy breakfast at their restaurant. Lastly night staff at the reception was not what one would call warm and friendly, but provided the basic service of checkin us in.
