We booked a room during concert season. The room is nice and clean. The staff is really helpful when we needed the early check-in. The hotel also close to all the hotspots in Seattle. It was worth it! We barely drive our car during the stay which is a plus since it is a hassle to park around downtown Seattle :)

We were in Seattle for one night for a concert and had a wonderful stay. We were chosen randomly for an upgrade which was amazing and very unexpected. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that the walls of the hotel seem thin, I was awoken in the morning to the sound of my neighbours talking and I could hear them and their t.v. very clearly through the walls.

The property was clean. The room was spotless. Felt safe walking to Pikes place. Staff were very friendly and polite. The only downside is $56 a night for parking in the parking garage under the hotel.

The hotel's location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions at a competitive rate. The rooms were immaculate, and the bidet toilet was a welcome amenity. Adding an espresso machine to the bar lounge, available for guests at an additional fee, would have enhanced our stay. Overall, our experience was excellent.
