I booked this stay through Expedia. I specifically was looking for a stay, park and fly. We are going to be gone for a week. We didn’t want to deal with morning traffic and finding a parking place before our morning flight. When we got to the hotel to check in, we were informed not only did our reservations not include long term parking, but it wasn’t even available. They don’t have long term parking. Completely misinformed by Expedia. We are a different hotel tonight.

The hotel is in great condition. We got the 1 bedroom suite and it was great having some extra room for my family and I during our short stay. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast options were okay. The biggest downside was that we could hear people upstairs walking all night and early in the morning which we were woken up by. Other than that it was a great stay.

AC was so noisy, couldn’t sleep whole night and there was no one to look after. I was offered another room but I had to pack all my stuff and come to reception first ansd checkout and recheck back in and take all my stuff to another room in the middle of the night. When I took a hotel to rest a night before my 20hr flight next day. Very disappointed with the facility and the service. When I spoke to front desk they said they will compensate me with point which they didn’t even follow up even after couple month when I had to email them to follow up and was given 1000 point, which I don’t even know what’s it even worth for me. Also the fridge/sink was leaking.

Quite happy with the hotel and stay

The breakfast has a lot of options, the hotel room layout was efficient and comfortable with a nice bathroom. I especially appreciated that the shower control was on the opposite wall from the spigot. It was a great option for a pre or post flight evening.
