Motel was good.Their elevator is very sketchy. The traffic from the coffee shop is horrible. You get trapped in the parking lot. And can't leave if you park in front of the motel.

Construction Noise
Upon entry into the hotel, there was an unpleasant smell. Overall, a bit dingy and dated. Windows are single pane glass and road noise is quite easy to hear, bring your ear plugs. However, it was affordable given it's proximity to downtown. Biggest issue was the 7:30 AM construction in the room next to our heads. Next was the 8 AM no knock entry from the cleaning maid. In all, I would stay again if on a budget, but would be certain to inquire about pending projects and start times.

We stayed at this property with 2 other families. Nice place, could be renovated a bit, elevator was not working for us so we had to use a further one to get to our room..no big deal. Great coffee shop in the hotel .

Don't spend your money.
I was having a medical test at Bellevue KP clinic. The "hotel" seems very old and run down. Carpet was extremely worn down, elevator doors rattled. No breakfast, no housekeeping unless you make an appointment. Parking was horribly compact. Staff "was" friendly but it was not work what we were charged per night. Think Motel 6 would have been better. Sorry.
