We got one of the rooms facing the pool, which was outside of the building. The room was so outdated, the TV was old and remote was not working properly. Our friends had a room on the inside of the building just a couple doors down and it was a newer room, and they paid almost $100 less than we did. The service was not the best, the front desk gal was never there until you stood at the desk for a few minutes, then she would come out. I should have asked to see the room first, had I known it was going to be really old and outside of the main building, I would have requested a refund. It was really close to a lot of things which was really the only perk. I wouldn't stay here again though.

Hotel 116 was a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. I slept well, enjoyed the breakfast, and felt very welcome. I’d definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff but the smell in the room from old carpet is not pleasant not all rooms are updated the mattress frame sucks and is unsteady so it feels like a water bed we traveled with family and had a total of 3 rooms all with the same issues, overall would not recommend deff not worth it for the price

The bathroom and carpeting are in dire need of a deep clean. Carpet was old and full of stains and the shower had bad mildew. Lobby elevator shakes very badly and feels like it needs maintenance. It actually went out of service for 1day during our stay. The next day apparently after it was put back in service, it was still shaking dramatically while using it but it did work. A/C works well but is loud. Staff was very nice. Linens were good. Bed was old but comfortable.

Our room was in the outer building not attached to the hotel but part of the hotel. Our room was not as nice as expected and needed updating. There were gnats in the room. But the beds were comfortable.
