The rooms are VERY SMALL. I was in one of the larger rooms and I don’t think it was more than 200 square feet. I would have never spent almost $300 dollars for a room that tiny. Even the bathroom sink was 1foot by 1foot. We are at the restaurant there and they had 1 server for the whole restaurant and it was her first morning shift ever.

This is an older hotel with a lot of character and charm. The room was on the small side, but very clean and comfortable. There is a very comfortable lounge space on the first floor. The coffee shop on the first floor was great for breakfast. The location is excellent--about 1/2 block from the Seattle Conference Center.

Central location and the hotel is cute but room itself was unclean with no housekeeping availability, room was very dark, no room service available despite being advertised on the website and restaurant was open, and front desk staff members were very cold.

Easy communication through their text messaging system. Small but nicely decorated rooms. Parking lot next door available and easy to utilize if you don’t want to valet. Easy to walk to pier and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Loved the vibe of this hotel it was very nice, clean and the decor was very cool. Loved that it was within walking distance of Pike Place Market and some shopping which we took advantage of both. There is some homeless near the hotel where we saw people doing drugs, so it felt a little unsafe at times, especially walking our dog in this area as we were concerned about her picking something unsafe off the ground and ingesting it. Overall very happy with the hotel and its proximity to fun and interesting places to visit in the downtown Seattle area.

I really loved this hotel. I will definitely stay again. It was unassumingly upscale at a reasonable price, and the location was perfect. I appreciated the credit towards food that came with our stay...we used it for morning coffee and delicious scones. My only complaint is the trash outside of my window. We were on the 3rd floor, overlooking a rooftop, and there was a Gatorade bottle I could see with suspicious contents. Kinda off-putting. But we will be back!

Exceptional Stay
Very cute hotel. We'd definitely stay there again. The Rider restaurant in the hotel was amazing!! You can smell the wood grill as soon as you walk in the hotel!! So good we had dinner there one night, ordered room service another night and had drinks and Parmesan fries a couple times. The only thing we thought was odd was our room service tray didn’t get picked up for over 24 hours along with another one in our hallway. But overall it’s an exceptional place to stay and an easy walk to the convention center and Pikes Market.

Sure! Here's a quick review based on your feedback: --- **Decent Stay, but Some Oddities** Overall, the hotel was decent, but there were a few things that stood out. First, watch out for hidden fees – they seemed a bit strange and weren't clearly communicated upfront. The bed was comfortable, which was a plus, but I was disappointed by the basic TV setup. There was no way to connect my devices to watch shows or movies, which made downtime a bit dull. The bathroom had a strange echo and lacked a fan, which felt a bit awkward for privacy. Also, there were no hooks in the room, which made it inconvenient to hang wet towels, especially since the hotel doesn’t clean the room unless you specifically ask. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but these little things were a bit frustrating.
