Check-in was a breeze, and perks from my hotels.com membership (free room upgrade, $19 credit at the hotel restaurant) were readily offered. Valet parking was swift and simple and they kept our bags for us after checkout when our business at the convention center ran past. checkout time. Room was very reasonably priced for location and view. Highly recommended.

Staycation that I'd love to do again soon!

Decided to explore what Downtown Seattle had to offer after 6 years of living here. Hotel Theodore did not disappoint. Was able to walk very comfortably through downtown to Pike Place market, and all the way to Pioneer square. The Metro is very close by and lyft is super easy. The room was just enough space for one and was well stocked with water and coffee items. The gym had newer machines and a good amount of free weights. From the gym you could look out to the street below. Not a bad view. They also were able to hold on to my bags at check out until around 4pm when I was heading out. Will be back!

We have stayed at Hotel Theodore before and elders very pleased with our experience. We were less fortunate in our experience with this stay, however. There was no fan in the bathroom—and if there was one that was linked to the lights there was no indication of it working. When an attendant came to look he just said, fan? No… we then ordered room service from Rider, which was regretful. Not only did they forget half of the most expensive entree ( the pork chop came with no sauce which I selected with the order and no fingerling potatoes) and the salad was missing one of the components. When I called the front desk to resolve the issue they transferred me to the restaurant which nobody answered. The room service line on the phone in our room went to a dead line and there was no way to contact the restaurant or room service through the online ordering application, really unfortunate for a 175.00 room service bill. On top of this, when we ordered food to pick up from the lobby cafe in the morning, we arrived at the cafe to find that the online ordering doesn’t work and they didn’t have the menu items we ordered anyhow. Might forgo the Theodore next time.

Great stay-small room!

We loved the hotel especially the decor! The restaurant has good food and vibes and the room was cute but way too small! I didn’t like the fact that our view was an alley and brick wall! At least a view wouldn’t have made us feel closed in! Overall stay and staff was great! Would definitely come back but would like a view and more space to move around!
