The beds were very uncomfortable, the view wasnt splendid at all, i was not able to change the thermostat in our room, the lady in the front wasnt very informative about the questions we had. Pretty much i didnt have a great experience and would never go back again. Honestly i would want my money back.

Excellent property the staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially the front desk man on arrival on 3 Jan as we got there early morning and he checked us straight in. Great location easy walk to the tourist locations and train station. Would definitely recommend and I’ll stay again if I’m in Seattle.

Had a fire alarm evacuate us for an hour while firemen cleared the building. Manager on evenings shift was very accommodating to us while this was happening. Gave us warm towels, robes, and slippers. Overall experience was great!

Great hotel, great staff!
The staff were spectacular! Professional, friendly, so helpful & accommodated a late night check in. I felt like they went over & beyond in their services. The rooms were spacious, clean & provided black out curtains & noise machine if you need the help to fall asleep. The breakfast was delicious in the restaurant downstairs & felt very safe in the hotel. I wish we had another night to be able to enjoy our stay a little longer. Definitely would book here again!
