Second time booking this place, we love it. Finding somewhere nice in Seattle can be a bit expensive but the location and hospitality of this location is beyond worth it. Easily accessible to public transport, restaurants within walking distance, friendly and dependable staff.

The only that didn’t work was one elevator broke down right around check out. The hotel this size has only two elevators. Not good if one breaks down for a long period. On the 4th floor you waited over a half hour to get on elevator. It was worse coming from the first floor. We had trouble with our baggage getting to the garage. Not the fault of the hotel, could of helped people get baggage to first floor for check out.

The actual sleeping accommodations were perfect for the location and accessibility to city highlights and Lyft/Uber, etc. However, one of the elevators broke during our stay and having a mobility-challenged parent made it a hassle as the working elevator went to EACH floor including P1/P2 leaving little room for luggage and space. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and family was late 2 out of the 3 days due to elevator issues.
