Great location and top notch service!
When we checked in we were greeted at the front desk, we were surprised that we were able to check in early. The person at the front desk was so helpful and gave us a map and circled all the places we should go to and Xed out places we shouldn’t. This was a great guide for the few days we were in Seattle. The breakfast was decent and the workers were kind. I would most definitely recommend Hyatt house Seattle/downtown and would stay here again if we decide to return.

Everything was great except for the super slow elevators. We did not use it at all except for the first day to get to our room. We must have waited at least 10-15 min to get on it due to the hotel being busy that day. Other times we tried, it would take forever so we gave up and used the stairs the entire time. Which is not bad if you want exercise. We loved the location, the staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel room was clean. The daily free breakfast was good. In general I would equate this to a typical 3 star hotel.

Ok, but watch out for monorail users seeing in rm.
Room was ok, but warning that monorail runs right past the window would have been nice, as we were just putting suitcases in our room, we were waved at by people on the monorail, which meant that we needed to keep shear blinds down all the time (3rd floor room). There was also no ability to adjust the shower pressure or height of the shower head. Breakfast was very average.

Convenience and location is great but the elevators are not equipped for the number of guests. Only 1 elevator was working throughout our stay and we wasted 30 min each time getting to and from our room
