Our flight had landed early in the morning before our check in time. They offered to hold our luggage in a safe place, while we start our day. Which made our stress level go away and wouldn’t have to worry about walking around with all our luggage. They offered to do this upon check out as well as our flight was later on in the day. They ended up having a room ready super quick within an hour. We asked for extra blankets and towels and were delivered to our room right away. Great place to stay. Hotel was super clean. We had a room with the space needle view and it was incredible to see it morning and night. They offer free breakfast every morning, which was amazing with different varieties to choose from. My family and enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place & would book here again in the future!

Location was great

Really close the the Needle which is a must do at night to see the sunset. I had a big SUV so the garage was a bit tight but not crowded. Also very close to downtown as well.

The location was great across from Space Needle and the easy access to the monorail. Room was spacious and comfortable and the shuttle access to the cruise docks being handled by the hotel staff was so appreciated. The breakfast was great as well. I can't say enough good things about our stay. 10 out 10.
