Great location and good breakfast. Didn’t get to check in until just after 4:00 and could hear street noise at night on the 5th floor. We had a view of the Space Needle and the room was spacious. My son slept in the pull out couch which was very thin and not too comfortable. I would stay again for convenience of location.

Pleasantly surprised at how incredibly nice this hotel was. Rented a 2 queen room and it was perfect for our stay. Kitchenette was a perfect addition for us when we were too tired from traveling all day to eat out. Everything was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Hotel breakfast was very good and service desk employees were incredibly nice. Also Honey the bear was a very cute and welcome addition to the lobby. We would definitely stay here again!

Best location. Very spacious and clean. Staff is wonderful. Only thing to note is the monorail passes by the hotel and people can see into your room if curtains are open (only certain floors).

Used Travelocity to book the room. However, when I got to the hotel to check in Travelocity had failed to use a valid card to pay for the room. MJ was excellent at getting it fixed and me in my room. He went above and beyond. He could have easily said that I had to get it straightened out.

Apple Cup weekend
Everything was great, only issue was the A/C didn’t work in the room. However they fixed it immediately. The staff was great and room was super clean. Great location in the city to be close to the Apple Cup but also away from the packed bars.
