Staff was definitely the high point here: everyone--front desk staff, housekeeping, breakfast service--was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied each day and good, with different eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, pancakes, biscuits/gravy, yogurt, fruit, muffins. Plenty of space to spread out and eat comfortably. We stayed on the 8th floor in a 'one king bed room', with a good view and street noise was noticeable but not obtrusive (normal for a city hotel). We didn't use the large exercise room but we did explore it, and it was very well equipped. Only odd thing was the room layout: the closet was too shallow to close the door with clothes on the hangers, and there weren't any drawers. Also, the sink is outside the bathroom and exposed to the bed, which made it awkward to turn on a light when someone else is sleeping. We think this design was intended to create a larger seating area (big corner couch and table) along with a semi-separate nook for the work desk, both of which were very nice to have, but it is a bit of a trade-off. Overall, excellent value for the money!

This hotel is clean but very cold, very noisy and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. It sits in an area with lots of traffic not to mention the trash pickup at 1:30 in the morning right next door. You can also hear everything from your neighbors. I liked that they had secured parking but doesn’t do any good if you can’t find a space. They crammed 3 spots into spaces for 2 so everyone was parked in others spaces.

I will start by saying the staff was amazing. The biggest downfall is that they offer their king room with pull out as being able to accommodate 4 adults. This is not the case. The pull out couch is awful and can barely fit one. They did the best they could to moves us rooms but it was not possible

Not what you would expect from a Hyatt, it’s sad.
When we first checked In, the staff was amazing and went above and beyond. We were thrilled with the view from our room except the windows were so dirty that we couldn’t get good pictures. The room was average. Not like we would expect from a Hyatt. It was EXTREMELY hot so we immediately started cooking it down so when we got back from the event it would hopefully be cool enough to sleep. Sadly, it was not. We called the front desk and they found a fan for us. Even with all of this the temp never dropped more than 4 degrees. None of us slept well between the hot room and the people in the next room thumping the headboard against the wall every couple of hours. We decided to cut our trip short and eat breakfast and leave. The breakfast was awful and there was no where to sit. When we asked the receptionist if we could sit at bar area, her less than pleasant “I guess” wasn’t what we expected. She also said we could “just sit outside”. I asked what the temperature was outside and she said “oh I guess it’s cold”. We checked out we have been looking for the right fit, this isn’t it.
