the property was very nice, too expensive, and was quiet shocked that i had to pay another $54 for parking underground. I also seen on hyatt website is offered free breakfast, but as i asked it was not included in that hyatt. we were offered a $30 credit, which was nice. My cousins also stayed there as we were all going on cruise to Alaska. Their car was broken into in the parking garage that we were also in. The theft was both there suitcases and our family reunion t shirts ordered for the cruise. Plus wine etc. It took Manager quite a while to come down to check this out. Also there was sercuity camera directly above my cousins car. The police would not come down and they needed to make statement re email. we were then rushed to get to cruise line by 12. Paying for parking appranently was not owned by hotel. was not happy with this situation. Grace Tolley

We arrived before 11:00 am and were able to check into our room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property is conveniently located close to popular attractions and stores to pick up snacks or things that you may have forgotten to pack. This is the second time staying here prior to a cruise, and honestly I wouldn’t even consider anywhere else. Would highly recommend!
