Expensive hotel, BUT 1. no daily room cleaning - they claim “they are being ecofriendly”. Thats a lame excuse for cost cutting. So if you are gonna cut costs at my expense, lower the room price! I had to make a daily trip down to the front desk to ask for room to be cleaned and for fresh towels. 2. Cafeteria “Market” on 2nd floor: multiple time told “they ran out of something and delivery will be tomorrow”, couldnt get a bagel with creamcheese and lox in the morning b/c “they ran out of creamcheese”. 3. the area around the hotel is full of homeless living in tents, asking for money or food, not pleasant. 4. for the high price of the room, they only provide 2 water bottles. Over that - you must pay. Why? Again, same lame excuse of “being eco friendly”. Its ridiculous to me how high end hotels feel like they can decrease their services without lowering the nightly rates and get away with calling it “being eco friendly”. Would not recommend this hotel!

Have stayed here several times in the last couple years. It's very convenient for attending events at the new convention center. The parking area felt safe and secure and the room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff where helpful in working with me to allow another member of my group to check in before I (the one who had made the booking) arrived. Much appreciated!

We were on the 18th floor and the night view was awesome. The room was very modern and nice and clean. The refrigerator kept our drinks cold. We ate at Adare's restaurant inside the hotel for breakfast and it was really good. The bar in Adare's had grest margaritas on the rocks. One big plus was in there Market they have a microwave available for the guest.
