Our stay was good. We enjoyed the hotel and amenities. I think the $25/day extra charge for a couple bottles of water and access to the fitness center is nothing more than a greed-grab for more money from your patron guests. The hotels I stay in include the fitness center as part of my rate. Yours is a ruse to collect more income, which has left a bad taste in my mouth for your marketing. Nowhere in my reservation information was it mentioned that you world charge me an extra $50 for 2 bottles of water and your fitness center, for my 2-day stay, regardless of whether I used it or not. It’s disappointing that your company thinks this ploy is of value to your guests. Your room rate was almost $400 per night, and yet you see a need to charge another $25 per night for 2 water bottles and a fitness center?!? That’s pretty bush-league. Troy Buford

The gentlemen at the front desk were truly awesome!! Very friendly and helpful. Our suite was a nice surprise. Huge! And the floor to ceiling windows were great. You can't be the location! Walking distance to everything Seattle, including Lumen field.

Perfect in every way. We have stayed here many time and will continue to . The front desk personal are fantastic, our room gets upgraded and by far the best! The valet parking is quick and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better area since we are able to walk everywhere.
