The walkway floor into the room was dirty. I could see spots of dirt and smears on the floor. The bed was not the most comfy. The shower did not have a door and was not the most comfortable since it was cold. We could hear footsteps from whoever was above and there is a b it of noise pollution from the street below. Overall it was still an okay stay.

Good location
Even though room 321 was nice and big, unfortunately the AC did not manage to make the room warm enough (even though it worked fine for the room next door in which our parents stayed). Training of reception staff could be significantly improved, as some of them during check-in weren't capable of explaining what amounts would be blocked on the credit cards. Furthermore, it took until next day to get someone to explain to us that a 100$ per room / per night deposit would be added on top of the room rate, which is not the industry standard. The Bookstore Restaurant offered decent meal options throughout the day. The hotel is quite close to the piers and to Pike Place Market. Note that Seattle has streets that are quite steeply inclined, so plan your walks accordingly.

The staff gave excellent service from arrival to our departure. Husband and i stayed in one of the junior suites and we were amazed by how large it was. Great housekeeping service, valet with in/out privileges, and walkable to seattles biggest tourist areas. We will def be staying again

One of my favorite places to stay in Seattle. It's close to everything! Good food, shopping, museums and more! The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

Slightly dated property in terms of rooms and decor. Furniture quite old, thought not sure if we were located in an old part of the building. Hidden fees for resort charges which weren’t really justified and should be included as standard (WiFi and access to gym). Bookstore cafe service great but very expensive. I found the reception staff quite rude not only to myself but to other guests, and found erroneous charges applied to account and I was challenged when I told them I didn’t take up valet parking. Great location however, just not a 4 star hotel.

Nice hotel and cute cozy rooms. Friendly staff. But overpriced valet parking which you don’t have a choice if you drive and need parking. For 3 nights the parking costs almost as much as the overall stay when you factor in taxes.

The staff and services onsite were good. but be aware that there is a 28-dollar resort fee you are not told about when booking on Expedia and you get charged at the checkout. That was not cool and I think management needs to figure that out as soon as possible.
