We were in town for medical reasons and stayed here. Location is perfect in Lynnwood, easy to get to everything you need. Hotel was clean, spacious and had a great layout.

Staff was robotic. The two girls were chatting with each other, I was checked in, told I was getting a pet room, and ignored. I did not have a pet. They did not have a king room other than pet room. Pretty much: We don’t care, take it or not.

The pillows were aweful, very old and lumpy. Beds parent great either. (All 6 pillows in the room were terrible, so we didnt feel calling down to replace would do much) The blue lights from the bathroom area light up a lot of the room, we had to stack towels against the mirror to try and darken it for sleeping. The breakfast was not refilled often enough. Pastries were totally empty and long waits for more sausage. The pool was great, but the hot tub the paint/coating is falling off all over it. The staff were all very nice and check and and check out were great. Location was also very convenient.
