They didn't have the shampoo, and conditioner filled in the dispensers when showering. When called and asked if they could provide a refill, they took really long and I was in the shower already waiting for it. It was really inconvenient

Property was run down in our suite, dead bugs in the light, moldy painted over bathroom damage and worst of all the AC only worked in the living room where my son froze and my daughter and I baked in the bedroom. Maintenance attempted to fix it,on our second day and never returned. To know the price we paid, versus the room we got? Motel 6 would have been a better place for my family to stay.

We were forced to get a hotel because of a flight cancellation and this hotel fit all the criteria. The hotel was easy to check in, the room was nice, the shower head was the best ever, the breakfast was adequate, and they had. ashuttle to the airport.

Room and bathroom appeared very clean. There was a slight odor to the room to me, but, my husband said he did not smell anything. Thermostat was not very user friendly. Room was very warm but did cool down somewhat overnight. Parking was good, close and spot was wide enough for my full size truck. We did not use room service but did see a flyer posted in the room. Snacks from the check in area were reasonably priced. Ive definitely paid more at other hotels. We looked at the fitness room but did not use, choosing instead to take a walk. Only about 8 to 10 minutes from SeaTac. Overall, would stay again.
