Magnificent overall experience! Pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and cold plunge were awesome. Super clean and well maintained. The room exceeded our expectations; it was more like a large studio apartment with a separate living area, couch, microwave, two TV's washer/dryer and balcony with great views of the city (we were on the 11th floor). The hotel is amazing: clean, modern, welcoming. Full fitness center (we didn't use it because we were there to relax) which looked like a full gym. Comfy plush robes to wear when you leave to pool. Just a few minor things: surprised there was no restaurant (or even a coffee shop) inside the hotel, nor was there room service (they did have a little self service area with snacks, drinks etc but nothing was compliementary). Surprising for a 3.5 star hotel. Also, the internet didn't seem to work very well even though we were in the middle of the city (it was just okay). And we really didn't like the fact that we couldn't get on the internet with the TV to rent movies (note: Netflix was available but we didn't have an account, so not sure if you could rent on there). But you couldn't rent from YouTube, amazon prime was unavailable and we didn't care much for xfinity. Something really weird too was when we turned off the TV in the bedroom the living room TV came on, and vice versa. So sort of annoying. But we still gave it five stars because overall these were pretty minor inconveniences and the positive for outweighed the negative! Super time

The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning, our room was ready so we checked in and had more time to explore the city. The kitchen had everything you need for a meal. They have a game room, gym and pool. One problem, our two bedrooms deluxe suite had only one bathroom for five people. It took longer for us to get ready. Anyway, we had a nice stay.

It was awesome. The room was great loved the balcony even though it was mostly a view of another bulding there was still lots of trees and small area of the city and seeing the sun go down. Parking was $35 but easy in and out lots of spots but would have been easier with a compact car we had a full size suv it fit but took patience especially since new to us. Full kitchen all the amenities we were able to fully use and were not overly populated. Often times we were by ourselves or took turns with the others. Looking forward to next year. They are putting a restaurant on the 13th floor. Definitely bring a phone adapter no usb to charge your phone.

Nice property
Only stayed for one night, and weren't in the room for very long, but the property seemed very nice. Check-in was a breeze. When we arrived to our room, we immediately noticed a large puddle of water in the kitchen area coming from under the cabinets. We tried to call the front desk, but the in-room phones are more difficult to solve than a Rubik's Cube. Four tech-savvy millennials (two of which are software engineers) and we could never get the handset to work, but eventually were able to dial Guest Services via speaker phone on the base. We explained the situation, and the front desk agent stated that they would send up maintenance right away. After waiting for about 35 minutes, we were starting to run low on time before we had to leave for our dinner reservation, so I went down to the front desk, and spoke to a different agent. Re-explained the situation, and they offered to have us switch rooms, which we accepted. Didn't have any maintenance issues at the other room thankfully. When we got back to the room much later that evening, I had a difficult time going to sleep because the bed was quite uncomfortable (very very firm). My friends thought the beds were ok, and the sleeper sofa was also decent. I don't know that I would stay here again because of the bed, but if you like a firm mattress, then this might be for you. Location is good, just north of Downtown. ~20 minute walk to Pike Place or the Space Needle. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and easy I-5 access.

Stayed here for a weekend trip, awesome spa with cold plunge, hot tub and sauna. Great gym facility as well. Beds were a bit firm but overall awesome stay.
