Great night in Seattle
We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Check in was easy. Our room faced the bay and it was wonderful to just sit and look out. We celebrated New Year at the hotel and the dinner and jazz music was amazing. Next time we come to Seattle we will definitely stay here again.

Not a luxury hotel 5 star stay!!!! Was anything but that. The bedside tables had sticky brown coffee rings all over the tables. The bed felt old cheap/uncomfortable. Not because it was too plush/firm but worn. The parking is offsite across St. up a block at another hotel. U walk out into an alley w dirty syringes and a guy peeing. The valet guy told us they now lock the doors at night because a “crackhead” defecated a week prior in hotel vestibule. We had room service w bland food.The menu isn’t inclusive as far as something everyone would find something. We had 2 oatmeal’s -had old brown sugar/ outdated and wasn't sweet. I had no water pressure w rainfall shower took forever to get soap out. The tub would have been nice but was cold despite being turned all the way up hot. It’s noisy w loud city traffic honking horns. I get it’s a city but I don’t hear it at other luxury hotels in same area. Mirrors everywhere even in shower. There’s better hotels to stay at. The valet manager YG and staff are good but it shouldn’t be the highlight of a luxury 5 star hotel/ suite. It wasn’t great or even good. Big disappointment.

prime location! valet was super nice! views were ELITE! and room was incredible! NOW…..Let’s get into the SPACE/ARCHITECTURE…..I did a lot of research on this hotel and know the designs of Philippe Starck are behind how intentional and EXQUISITE the space/room was. HIGHLY recommended to all my friends and learned so much about this hotel group will definitely be booking with this hotel chain again especially in Seoul! just WOW. phenomenal stay!

My first time in Seattle as well as this hotel, for a business travel and conference. The hitel is located just 10 mins walk to famous place like Pike Place Market, and the view to the bay is excellent. I also ebjoyed very much the Charlotte Restaurant and Bar at the 16th floor which overseeing the whole sunset.

No longer five star
This is my third stay here and it feels like the five star luster has faded. Stayed in a two queen which was smaller than prior king rooms here. Basic bedding, limited in room amenities (no mini bar or snacks, only one luggage rack, no closet door). Lighting was weird and the city side of the hotel was NOISY! Sirens and voices all night. Not worth the five star rating or price.
