Great spot for a Seattle stay!
It was a great stay with lots of nice elements. The bed was extra comfortable and the restaurant was above average. Friendly and helpful valet and also had a nice gym. Would stay again.

The entire hotel was exceptionally clean! Staff were competent and friendly! Prompt service all around. Great food and drink options in the hotel’s restaurant. Great view. Super peaceful. Hotel rooms were luxurious and comfortable. To be honest we enjoyed the stay at the hotel a lot more than the city. Thank you!

Birthday trip
We booked this hotel based off of a Condé Nast article however the hotel may have switched owners because the name changed. Website pictures make the room look bigger. The rooms are very small, the bathroom is nice but everything is behind the mirrors (shower and toilet) so no windows or glass shower doors. We were lucky to get a water view room which was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and shower was great. Check in is on the 16th floor which is very cool as the lobby bar is also on this floor. All rooms are below. Happy hour everyday from 3-6 made for some fun eats and cocktails. Everyone is very friendly in this hotel. There is a Starbucks across the street but not many other walkable restaurants. It took approximately 15-20 minutes to walk to Pikes. The walk back can be challenging for those who are not use to hills. We felt safe at this hotel.

2nd time staying here. 1st time was excellent ( booked 3 rooms for family ) however was completely put off with the check in and experience with the manager on shift this time. Tried to upsell me on a bigger room ( super cheesy way of going about it ) and was unhelpful with a couple of my pretty basic questions. Felt like I was wasting his time and left me standing at the counter for no reason. Hotel itself and restaurant is a 5star. Rooms are beautiful though the one I had for this stay had drapes that were not well thought out and let large amounts of light in at all times. Location is OK but not great for any walkable options in regards to restaurants, parks etc.

The Lotte is fantastic hotel that feels upscale and the ambiance/aesthetic were first class. The staff was very friendly and very responsive. The one critical observation was the wind at night made the room creek.

We loved our stay at Lotte hotel in Seattle. We had a bay view (selected at booking for an extra cost), which did not disappoint. The room was beautiful and impeccably clean. The beds was very comfortable. The shower was huge and had 2 shower heads (rain and regular). The only thing that I think some people may appreciate a warning about is that sounds travel easily through the hall of mirrors bathroom. Also, the location was very convenient, within a 15-30 minute walk (or few minute drive) of plenty of restaurants, including the Pike Place Market.
