I’d booked an accessible queen room, just for the extra square feet. When we checked in, she offered to upgrade us to a corner room on the top floor! Great view of Westlake. We’ve stayed here before for a city getaway, and will again.

This is simply a beautiful property. We loved our room which was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. We took advantage of Oliver's and found it impeccable. We also had dinner at Andalusia's. The food exceeded expections. Vanessa expertly handled our service. On top of all of this, Levi, the bellman, simply took care of us. What a wonderful experience!
