Best near Climate Pledge Arena
I stay a couple times a year when I'm going to Climate Pledge Arena. It's always clean, comfortable, has parking available, and is within walking distance of so many different things.

Such a great place to stay for a concert to Climate Pledge, staff were wearing t-shirts with the artist we went to see and were super friendly and welcoming, I appreciated the affordable parking in the hotel and the clean room :)

Our room was not what i thought I rented, no view, no enough accommodating parking, juggling our truck from multiple parking, homeless sleeping outside our room & vehicles. Didnt feel like safe location. The price of room was high for accommodations.Bed wasnt comfortable, not enough bedding. I did like that there was a starbucks right next door.

The property has a beautiful roof top that you can sit and watch the sunrise or set depending on your mood. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to my spouse and our needs.

Great property with friendly staff in a fantastic location. Right next to the Climate Pledge Arena, so perfect for concerts or other shows. Parking was $27/night, which is much more reasonable than other hotels nearby. Clean standard room with all the amenities one would need.

what a great stay! the location is great for seattle city center, walking distance to multiple attractions & dining options. the hotel was clean and every employee i encountered was very friendly and helpful. the room itself was clean and the bathroom looked recently remodeled. the hot water was hot and the cold water was cold - the water pressure was great too! the mini fridge stayed very cold & the microwave did not have any funny smells. the bedding & pillows were comfy and the towels were a nice large size. the only thing i could say negative (which is at all hotels i think) was that the towels were a bit rough, like a gentle exfoliating every time you use them.
