The room was clean and the bathroom was lovely, modern and well equipped. The beds were comfortable too. Our room (which was an inside room overlooking the small courtyard) was very quiet. Room stayed dark after sunrise so sleep was uninterrupted.

This has proven to be the perfect place to stay for events in and around Seattle Center or downtown. I appreciate the secure parking, the always cheerful and friendly staff and the quiet room. Its close to my kids and grands as well so I can add a visit to whatever else has brought me to the city and avoid the freeway altogether. For me all of the above make this a top choice.

We stayed at this property specifically due to its proximity to the arena which was excellent and very walkable. The room was very good although a bit dated except for the bathroom which appeared to be remodeled. The staff was extremely professional and efficient despite a large group that was apparently checking in all at once. The one issue that we really had with this place was the parking situation. Every downtown Seattle hotel is going to struggle with parking and this property is no exception. The staff apparently emails instructions to park in their dedicated garage upon check in, (we didn't see that) but in any case we made it into the garage at just after 4pm and it was nearly full. The garage itself is very small and hard to navigate, I don't think a regular truck would have fit. Two elevators go from the garage to the guest rooms so they can have long wait times during check in and check out. When we did finally leave the next morning, the garage was even more packed as drivers just stopped parking in stalls and began parking in the driveways. That made for a very tight exit. Despite the stressful parking it was a good overall experience.

The hotel was so nice and everyone was super friendly! I was not told about the free bottle of wine, that sucks. But I love the location right next to the concert venue and good restaurants not to mention Dicks burgers right across the street! Loved it!

Adorable hotel! Super affordable compared to others spots near Climate Pledge Arena (which was aboit 2 blocks away). Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff who asked us how the concert was upon our return. Rooms were cut. Clean,modern bathroom with a quiet shower,. The best part? The fact that their towels for showering wrapped around my entire body and then some! Instant 5 stars! I have never stayed at a hotel that had a large towel like that! Chef's kiss! Pon
