Its a very old building. Only 4 people are allowed in the elevator at a time. The room did not have central air, there was a portable AC though in the bedroom but it was not strong enough to cool the rest of the room. There is not a lobby. Just a hallway in and out of the building.

Comfortable and great location

Comfortable space to have as a base in a fantastic location, minutes away from the main area. Nice to have laundry in room (but would be good to also have a drying rack for non tumble dry items). Kitchen facilities great, had everything we needed, and staff were very friendly. Felt like a safe spot with staffed entrance and key entry to the building.

Seattle is very noisy and crowded. The hotel was not easy to find because of the tiny sign and lobby. The room was nice and the bed super comfortable. The couch was not. The tub bottom was very slippery and there were no grab bars in the tub/shower. Also, the mopboard behind the entrance door had not been cleaned in a long time. Overall, it was a nice hotel but could use some improvement. Housekeeping did not pick up the used towels while we were there for two days.

Really nice and well equipped two room apartment a few minutes away from Pike Place - and within walking distance of the train and monorail stations. The apartment was spacious, and really well equipped - everything you need for a short stay. No noise from the street despite being close to Pike Place. Would definitely return on a future trip to Seattle.

Really nice hotel. Very small hotel and so some perks like checking in early and extra face cloths were not the most available. Would book again just would fly in first thing in the AM. It was definitely a struggle to force ourselves to sit up and walk around after a 8 hour travel day.

Not very clean, socks were black after walking around for 5 minutes. Charge $250 deposit due to “full amenities” but when we got into our room the washer nor dryer worked. Not the best stay.

The location to the market can’t be beat! Especially for the price and amenities. The one big downside was the out of order washer dryer in the room. It was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this property for a fun visit to Seattle.

Great stay, will be back

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage with reception as we arrived hours before our check in. We had a lovely corner room looking out over pike place. We had everything we needed in the room (fridge, sink, coffee, comfy bed, etc). There’s no vending machines or anything like that, but a convenience store very close by where we could grab water pop and snacks. Would stay again :)
