The reservation of the Expedia was not sent to the property even though I booked it the day before. Nobody took care of it at the beginning, and I had to wait for more than 1 hour. I can’t understand why my reservation was not sent to the front desk. I would like to know if the problem caused from a kind of system error.
In addition, I received a reply that my review has to be corrected because my review might have one of information of price or profanity or personal information. But I cannot understand which part of my review could be one of them. Could you pick up an expression which can be the problem? I think it is unfair that you tried to exclude a negative review and tried to conceal the probability of the error of your system. I just wanted to know why my reservation wasn’t sent in a correct way. Isn’t it natural to be sent automatically? Is is sent by a man?
Please let me know what was the problem of communication between the system of motel6 and your system.
You failed to transmit my reservation to Motel 6. When I called you, the man who answered refused to talk to the clerk at Motel 6. Because of your double failer, we wasted 30 minutes late at night. The clerk was kind enough to sel us a room at their higher rate. You better not double charge us. That would be theft. You caused all the trouble and consternation.
The room was worn out; the bed had a hole in the mattress that prevented us from sleeping.
There were lamps that didn't work.
There was poor water pressure in the shower.
Finally, they didn't clean the room during the three nights we stayed there.
The staff that work there are really nice. They gave me free laundry soap and softener sheets for my clothes. All the staff is friendly and nice there. The room was really clean and better than the last Motel6 I stayed at.
