I really enjoyed my stay, it was only one night, I wished I can stay longer if not for other plan. The check-in was fast and smooth, so does the check out. The room is really classy and comfortable. No mold seen.

I was quite unhappy with our stay. I told them I was a silver member and they said they had nothing for us. They do not provide you with free water and if you drink the water in the room it’s $13 a bottle. No iron/board in the room and you have to ask. It’s very convenient if you MUST stay right next to the market but it’s also very loud, lots of street noise. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the cooling system in the room was hard to manage so it was hot. The bar closes at 10 so if you get a drink ticket on them you have to go before 10pm.

Everyone was super friendly service was great! Walking distance to EVERYTHING! Super easy and convenient to get to and from the rail link makes it easy to plan airport transportation… ONLY thing is if you don’t mind street noise then this is PERFECT LOCATION, definitely booking and staying there again . The Palihotel wad perfect for our needs… cozy and beautiful, close to Market and other city sites. Our only issues were the street noise outside our window at night and the early closing hours of the bar and restaurant. We really wanted to try the Hart and the Hunter as well as the bar.. both were part of the reason we selected the hotel.. but they closed before we returned all four nights of our stay.

Place is in a great area if you want to explore Seattle. Rooms are small but fun! I don’t rate hotels very much and I do travel often. I just think they need to be clear about the parking and lack of it. No underground parking at the hotel. They offer parking three blocks away not convenient for families and older people, but I would stay at this hotel again, but not bring my car.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. Upon arrival we went to our room and then went to go to the space needle and dinner, so a couple hours, when we returned our room door was open. I blamed myself, and determined maybe I didn’t close it all the way. Every time we left the room after this we made sure to close the door. The next day we went to dinner and a walk, so again a couple hours. When we returned, again, the room door was open. I went down to the desk to complain and was totally dismissed, saying it’s an old building. This left me frustrated. Having a room right next to the elevator how many people walked past my open hotel room? This left me feeling violated and unsafe. All of my belongings could have been taken or looked through. And for the staff to dismiss me in that way was unacceptable. I could have stayed at a motel and the doors would shut and lock. It shouldn’t fall on me for booking at an old hotel to have the risk of my belongings being taken. Upon check out I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were not there so I left a message and have not heard back.
