Nice property with lots of charm. I will say the noise level through the windows is very loud. If you don’t mind it it’s not too bad. Some parts of the rooms need some upgrading or fixing. Our bathroom door would not lock. The restaurant and bar are a good area if you don’t want to venture far out. We were able to take the train and ferry’s from a walking distance. Good location obviously be aware of your surroundings, just iffy about it at night we did not venture out of the touristy areas after dark.

The staff and room were great. The noise from the top guest and the side guest were disturbing throughout the night. In addition the outside noises were also very loud. The noise level sounded as if it was right outside of our window.

Cute hotel, great walking distance to lots of shops and food. The hotel room is small and quaint, the set up is a little weird as there is no sink in the bathroom- it’s across the room and no there is no trash in the bathroom either. If your looking for a quite place to stay this is not it. There is so much noise at night whether it be people screaming/ talking, trash trucks, cars or who knows what else. We did have a draft coming in from window but was fixed promptly. Room service was great and they have fully stocked mini bar.

Check in was easy, appreciated the free cocktail tickets, location was wonderful but the AC didn't seem to work great, the TV was spotty, and lots of noise from the busy area outside, but it's cute and smack dab in the middle of downtown.

Adorable hotel a block from Pike’s Place…but there are deal breakers that I can’t overlook. Parking garage is blocks away and really no way to load/unload in front of hotel. No Water available…unacceptable. Had to walk across the street at 9 pm to buy a bottle. Finally, one of the worst nights of sleep because our room faced an alley and there were deliveries all night long (unbearably load banging noises)
