The photos are extremely misleading. This hotel should be listed as a two-star. There are safety hazards, as well, with the elevator — when pressing the selected floor, it consistently goes to a different floor. The room smells very bad — there’s a lingering odor and the ventilation in the room and hotel is subpar. The customer service representative (CSR) was polite but not knowledgeable of the administrative procedures; the attire of the CSR was also inappropriate. The atmosphere was very unwelcoming — there were hotel staff members that seemed to be part of the repair team but they didn’t wear any attire that represented that they’re affiliated with the hotel. To provide a small insight, I’ve traveled across the world, staying in a diverse range of hotels. Not only was I not comfortable with my family staying the hotel but if I were traveling solo, I would also choose not to stay in this hotel. Needless to say, I didn’t stay in this hotel for the paid duration that I pre-paid. To think that I was arriving to a beautiful and welcoming hotel for my family and I was a total letdown.

I did not understand where the parking lot was located?, It was easier to use the valet. I like that you offer a free shuttle service. Now if they will have a map at the lobby or rooms for where the parking is at that will be very helpful.

Loved our stay and enjoyed the area. The location is awesome with a Whole Foods down below and a slew of great restaurants, bars and adventures nearby. My only disappointment was that their restaurant was under construction and they didn’t tell us. Would definitely go back.

This property was decent. Location was good. However, the hotel was under renovation. I felt the hotel parking garage should have been connected to the hotel… the valet men had to drive our car to where they parked the cars at. But the valet men were down to earth, helpful and very respectful. Now I don’t know if the parking was like this due to renovations I am not sure but it could be a little more organized and easier for guests and staff honestly. Going into check in we took the elevator right up to the floor, however it’s very condensed, a little to no space( especially if you have others checking in) the lady who checked us in could have better customer service. She was not friendly… after going to our hotel room my significant other and I spoke about how we wished we were a little higher. My other half decided to just go downstairs to ask and see about getting the same type of room but higher floor. ( we were able to upgrade which was amazing) no problem at all. However, the interaction my partner had with the same lady who checked us in was not friendly to my partner as well when he went to inquire about switching rooms. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or was just done for the day but regardless she should have made the check in experience better and maybe work on her customer service skills. After checking in my partner and I stayed on the floor to just check things out. The gentleman setting up by the lounge we came across was absolutely kind. Decent stay.

Denny Park Hotel boasts an unbeatable location! Forget about searching for food or essentials - you've got everything right at your doorstep. With a Whole Foods literally in the same building and an H-Mart across the street, grocery shopping is a breeze. Foodies rejoice! Countless restaurants and cafes are just steps away, offering diverse cuisines to satisfy any craving. Plus, the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city on foot. We easily walked to several parks and popular attractions. Highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and prime location!"

We loved the location, and also the fact that it had a fitness center with a very nice sauna , also we really enjoyed having a private balcony, it was nice comfortable stay. For the ladies they do have a salon, bro bar and nail bar right outside attached too the hotel just in case u would like too get pampered
