I’m extremely frustrated with the shuttle service. I called and was told it would be 10-30 minutes to pick us up at the airport. No shuttle after 40 minutes so I called again and was told the shuttle was on its way. I waited another 10 minutes and nothing. I gave up and had to pay $21 for a taxi. There was no traffic as it was 11pm and the taxi got me to the hotel in 6 minutes. I will NEVER stay here again.

well the place itself was ok. the breakfast diy pancakes cornflakes muffings. the room itselft was kind of small felt kind of old and the bed could had been a little better but w/e it was pretty clean id give them that. 1 of the shuttle drivers was kind of rude but the black guy with the cowboy hat was cool. but for 185 a night it wasnt worth it at least for me. id give it a 1 but the girl at the counter was real nice and the black guy too. if it wasnt for them ill give it a -1.
